Thomas - Gally ironically, Gally was almost like a big brother, and even though Thomas wasn't extremely fond of him, he liked knowing you had a protector when he was in the maze.
Newt - Frypan, he taught you how to fix the best foods and he always snuck a little extra into all your meals, plus he was an amazing listener.
Minho - Chuck, normally chuck stayed with Thomas, but when you came up in the box, Chuck was interested in who you were. The two of you felt some sort of sibling connection, most likely meaning the two of you were brother and sister outside of the maze.
