By the time 0730 hit I was already on my way out headed for work. 0755 I was already in the elevator concentrating on my delicious coffee when the elevator door reopened for Nick in a well ironed tuxedo, looking soo hot and soo sex-"snap out of it Kira," I told my self. As the soon as the elevator started moving I turned to my side and said "good morning sir , with the tightest smile ever". "Morning miss Thompson,"he said with an emotionalless face, that kinda gave me a painful pang to my chest. For someone who claims he still likes me I think he dint show it at all.

Lunchtime came by real quick and in the next 5mins ild be heading out to a small cute coffee shop close to Sanders co-operants, the one I worked at. I swear they make the best coffee in the universe. I sat at the the far end waiting for my order to come up. I looked up thinking it was the waitress who had brought my food only to be caught up in beautiful brown eyes. "Emm I said hi, he said bringing me back to life. Hi you are I said back. "Stephen, Stephen Grayson, he said pulling out his hand for a hand shake and damn was it soft. Kira Thompson I said back. He joined me for lunch and we actually clicked and exchanged numbers before heading back for work. I don't know it was just me but there was something in his eyes that drew me to him and call me crazy but every time we sort of made contact I felt sparks.

I was headed back to my office when I was called by Nick. I knocked by his door lightly before I heard him say come in. "Errrrr sir?" I asked since I was just standing there like a statue "You asked for me"in a dahhh tone. "Uhh yess so I take it your mate has finally found you, I guess it was fun while it lasted, Kira." What do you mean mate Nick, I asked totally bewildered. He looked at me slightly surprised, " he hasn't told you has he tsk tsk," . "Who are you talking about can you stop with the motherfucken riddles and get straight to the point," I said getting agitated. "Language , please , miss Thompson, you're dismissed."he said finally

I walked out of his office somewhat stressed , who could he be talking about and what's a mate.

Before I knew it, it was already knock off time. Kay literally dragged me out of the office since I promised to go with her to some new club which is apparently owned by some rich ass niggar. How I wish I could the wife or the guy. As we made our way to my new apartment which was fairly nice , Kaylee was rumbling about how hot n all the owner is but how she knows him, I wonder although I'm not surprised. Kaylee is the type of a
person that knows literally everything that's going on around her , like everything .

We got ready for the club and I couldn't really say no cause firstly it was Kay and it was a Friday night so yeaaaa. The club was around the block so it took us about 10mins walking. We were welcomed by the full blast music and the sweaty air. We pushed through a couple of drunk guys and found our way to the stools by the mini bar thingy were Keith was surprisingly sitting.

As soon as Keith n I finished hugging my phone buzzed.

I didn't realize I groaned out loud till Kay asked what was up and why the hell i was blushing real hard like that. "Okay so remember that guy I told u about, the one I happen to have a crush on now, he texted me." I pulled out my phone showing. "Bitch we need to go now." Kay said while dragging me out. "Whyyy we just got here". "This guy your crush, happened to use the word mate and from all the stories and myths andd researches we've made, the word mate is only used in the werewolf world or by a werewolf." That's when everything finally Sank in and we quickly made our way out of the club.

We briskly walked to my apartment. Something just came in front of us. We had never seen a wolf before cause yea we thought it was all a myth but no. It growled at us and we instantly flinched back. The wolf  run towards us but another wolf came flying over and snapping the others wolfs neck. All this happened so fast we didn't even have the time to run away. I don't even know how but I felt my self slowly running out of air cause someone as a cloth covered in chloroform over our mouths n nose and just like that everything went black
