"Get on with it you ruddy hat." Draco said.

"Draco be nice. Patience is key."

"Listen to the girl."

"Just get on with it please."

"Your match will be a boy about whom you know.You know much but he doesn't like to show.
You haven't been friends for life but he's good to you.
You know and love him too." finished the Hat.

"I don't want a riddle. I've been through enough. Give me my match!" Hermione screamed. Everyone in the hospital wing turned and stared at her.

"No can do. I already told you about Blaise."

"You told her nothing." Draco argued.

"He is like fire and ice and rage.
He's matured with age.
He used to be rather crude.
Now he's not even a bit rude.
He's been rather kind.
He loves you out of his mind.
He's the kind of love that never dies.
He loves you not for your lies.
The house of cunning is his home.
He's a true friend but is often alone.

He often takes a mint." The Hat said again

"Okay, I guess. Thanks for that." Hermione said sarcastically as she put the hat down and Draco sent it to the headmistress' office. Hermione looked at Draco. "So he's in Slytherin. He doesn't have many friends but he's one of my friends. And he obviously goes to the headmistress's office often."

"I understand the first two but how'd you get the office?"

"Mcgonnagal has a ton of mints in her desk plus her password is peppermint."

"Brightest witch of her age right here." He mumbled. Hermione got up and walked to the office, with Draco holding her close. She said the password and walked in the office after convincing Draco that she was fine.

"Mcgonnagal?"

"Yes. Oh it's you dear. How'd you take the news?"

"I'm fine. Who is someone who visits your office the most?"

"Well, that would be Draco Harry Ron or Theodore by far."

"Theodore?"

"Yes. He's always in here."

"Okay." I turned to leave but heard a voice.

"Did you figure it out yet?" the hat asked.

"No," Hermione said

"Have I really stumped the brightest witch of her age. Well here's another hint. He is a boy who doesn't boast as he did before. Have a look at the prefect's bathroom. There you'll find more."

"I really hate that stupid hat," Hermione said to Draco as we walked out.

"So who is it?"

"It's either you or Theodore Nott I think. "

"Okay well have you told Blaise yet?"

"No. Should we go tell him."

"Yeah. But didn't we have to go somewhere."

"Yeah, the prefect's bathroom."

I walked to the bathroom and saw Myrtle I called out for her.

"Yes?"

"Does a boy named Theo come in here often?"

"Not that I recall. The only people that do are Harry and Draco and occasionally Blaise.
