Noah I'm 21 years old and my ex boyfriend is Justin Bieber he's 21 also he cheated on me when I was 18 and I forgave him but he got into some trouble we're there for each other when we need it but I couldn't be there for him this time

2 weeks later i had thought about what scooter had said for two weeks and about a week ago i started vomiting and there was pain severe abdominal pain and sharp pain, i went to the doctor he didnt know what it was i went home and could not stop vomiting i went to four doctors they dudnt know what was wrong i was wearing (pic above) and
I knew something was wrong so i went to scooters Justin was there "whats wrong" they asked I could barely talk or stand i ran into there bathroom and vomiting uncontrollably yael and
Justin came in Yael rubbed my back Justin held my hair back scooter called for a close froend to get jagger and Levi and i laid on the couch and was laying on his couch when yael comes over to me and takes my tempature
"104 noah" she was shocked "it hurts" i cried "were taking you to the hospital" they told me Justin came along and gave me one of jaggers teddy bears
we arrived at the hospital with the best doctors in la at this point i was out of it almost completely he carried me into the building bridal style "WE NEED SOME HELP" he yells
They put me on the bed did a cat scan the test results came back
Scooters pov
"The doctor discovered Noah's appendix had burst and infection was spreading in her body. Time was running out. "We need to get her to immediate surgery call O.R" the doctor says
Justin's POV
"Justin I I I love you" I she told me quietly and weakly "I love you too" I told her "you know just in case I don't wake up" She told me I laid her down on the hospital bed and I
watched as they rolled her into surgery she was almost out of it until I knew she was when she dropped the bear on the ground and was asleep
Tears came down my face I picked up the bear and waited with scooter and Yael
Scooters POV
they put her on oxygen and put in a room and put her to sleep and started surgically removing the appendix and the infection we stood in the hallway as they rush her into surgey
While this was happening i called noahs mom and told her what was happening she jumped on a plane and arrived before her daughter was out of surgery

My surgery took 6 hours and after i had a tube in me for 4 the infection was completely gone but i felt like crap then put in a room and i laid there with ivs
