PLOT:
elayne rykker had always admired cersei lannister from afar; for her beauty, for her cunning, for her power. she had been sent to king's landing when she was nothing but a child, since her father, lord renfred rykker, wanted her to master her ability to sew dresses as bright and beautiful as her eyes, and it's fair to say elayne was quite excited when she found out she would be the seamistress of the queen herself. every week, the rykker girl would make a new dress just to impress the lioness, whom she had grown to love despite her abruptness and scathing tongue.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
this plot must be slow burn as hell because elayne rykker comes from a vassal house of house lannister and feels intimidated by both cersei and jaime. besides, cersei has always loved jaime, so i don't think it would be easy for her to just fall in love with someone else. let them flirt and let them explore their feelings with no rush. i would also love to see elayne venting to cersei about how much she misses her family and duskendale, her house's seat.
