"d-dad, i-i'm scared" a small Yoongi sniffled, trying to hold back his tears
"hey now little one, it's just a little storm, you're gonna be ok" Mr.Min smiled, having his 8 year old snuggle into him
"b-but what if it doesn't stop? what if it rains forever" Yoongi whispered, whimpering when a big boom clapped in the sky
"p-please protect me" Yoongi cried
"of course Yoongi, i would never let anyone hurt you" he said, laughing a little
"dad"
"yes buba"
"how d-do storms w-work?" Yoongi asked, shaking from what was happening around the earth
Mr.Min sighed, wondering how he was going to explain this to an eight year old, all in all he decided to just stretch the truth a little
he looked at Yoongi's big brown eyes, setting him on his lap
"well, when it rain's, it's a way of telling us to relax, a way for us to just sit back and enjoy the little moments in life, now this depends on the type of person you are, but thunder can also be just as relaxing. Sitting down and just listening is the best thing you can get" his dad finished, smiling, remembering exactly how he met his wife
he remembered it like it was yesterday, rain pouring as people ran to get in their cars, or at least settle at a store
but Mr.Min decided to just walk, he never really minded rain, he actully liked the feeling
but somehow along the way of walking home, he bumped into somebody, and that somebody turned out to be the mother of his now 8 year old son, Yoongi
"r-really?" Yoongi questioned, turning his dad's attention back on him
"of course"
"t-then, can we stop talking and listen to the rain?" Yoongi questioned
"but aren't you afraid of storms" he asked
"n-no, i'm a man, i ain't a-afraid of anything" Yoongi spoke confidently
"then of course" Mr.Min chuckled, playing with his sons hair

"yes buba"
"from now on, i'm gonna enjoy things like this, i'm gonna think of ALL our best moments" Yoongi said, giggling after
