Sammy has started a lot of questions. Like, "What happened to Mommy?", "What does Dad do?", "Why do we keep moving?".

But I......I just wasn't ready for it. I was hoping that Sam could live a normal life for a little while longer. He doesn't want to get dragged into something like hunting.

It just isn't something that he wouldn't want. I know. Hunting is something that I don't want either but I have to. For Sammy.

But I can't also escape the truth that mom is dead and Sam has to become a hunter like Dad, like me and carry out the family business. I don't know how he would react to this.

Why does it have to be us who has to save the people from these things why not somebody else? Why did it have to be only our mom? Why?

I never really could have imagined I would have to live a life like this. Sometimes I wonder how we would be living life if nothing happened that day. If that fire never happened.....
