Egypt + Reader

      You groaned at the knock on your door, but closed your laptop and stood up anyway.

"Yes?" you asked with a sigh, swinging the door open.

Egypt was standing on the other side of the door, gracing you with a slight smile.

"Egypt!" You stared into your crush's dark brown eyes and immediately blushed brilliantly. "I-I . . . I was j-just-"

He tilted his head at you quizzically.

"N-nothing," you stammered. "Come in."

He shook his head, and it was your turn to be confused.

"Then . . . why are you here?" you asked hesitantly.

As an answer, he took you by the shoulders and pressed his lips against yours, making you stiffen in utter shock. When he released you, you simply stood there, dumbstruck, for several moments. With a soft sigh, Egypt turned and started back down your sidewalk.

"No! Wait!" you shrieked, running after him.

He paused, and you flung yourself into his arms.

"I like you too!"

His slight smile returned, and he kissed you again.
