Who is this girl? Why is she translucent? Questions buzzed in my mind. This isn't happening. I'm not seeing things.
My mind shut up as soon as I heard her speak.
"I-I'm so sorry... I didn't mean it. I didn't!" She said shakily.
Then, to my surprise, she started singing.
Mirror,
Tell me something.
Tell me who's the loneliest,

Mirror.

That song was so sad. So incredibly sad, I started tearing up. That girl must have been alone for years. Years and years after she died.
"You're not alone. I'm here now." I said, trying to sound confident.
She didn't hear me. She just kept sobbing out the words 'I'm sorry'. Over and over until she faded away.
All that remained was the little puddle of tears on the ground.
Then I looked closer, and my eyes widened.
It wasn't tears.
It was chemical X.
