Lilly's head turned to face Ally sharply, " So all that matters is your feelings? Imagine you've waited forever for that one person, the one person you love, the one person you feel like you could spend your life with and all she does is find little reasons to break it off because it's not about me, it's about the fact you can't except who you are. Until you can, I can't be with you. I love you but until you learn to love yourself, for who you are, I can't be with you.
You might wake up one day and convince yourself, you're not gay anymore. Then you'll leave me. I accepted that risk but not anymore. Until you find out who you really are, truly accepted, then it's over. Come to me when you decide, whatever you decide."
Lilly got up and made a move to leave, turning over one last time. " I love you, no matter what."
