Chapter 22: Back In The Studio

Maria's POV:
After three days of having time to myself, it was finally time to go back into the studio. After I had gotten ready I got into my car and drove to the studio. Once I had arrived I got out of my car and walked in. I signed in at the front desk and walked towards studio five. I walked in and saw my three friends.

"I'm back my loves." I said.
"Maria. We missed you." My friends said.
"I missed you too guys. Anyways let's get started cause I have a few songs written down." I said.
"Well then, let's get started." Harvey said. We all sat on chairs and started to figure out the instruments for each song.

Throughout the day my friends and I caught up on what's been happening with our lives. We also joked around and talked about my tour that I was on. I even told them about my boyfriend Christopher and they were super happy for me. After hours of the studio we decided it was time to go home. We said our goodbyes and we left the studio. I drove back home and along the way I started think of Christopher. It sucks how we have to do long distance. Now I understand the pain you go through when you have a lover that lives in a different country. When I snapped back into reality I realized that I was pulling up to Jade's apartment. I got out of the car and walked inside. I saw Jade sitting on the couch watching tv whilst having biscuits and tea. When I closed the door Jade turned her head towards me. I put my bag down and went and sat next to her.

"What's wrong girl?" Jade asked as she put the tv on mute.
"I just miss Christopher. I just don't feel right." I said with a sad voice.
"Do you want to Skype Christopher? Maybe you might feel better after the talk." Jade said. I nodded my head yes and she went and grabbed her laptop. She logged into Skype and saw that Christopher was online. She pressed the green button and it started to ring. After three rings Christopher popped up on the screen.

What's up?
Someone here misses you and wants to talk to you.
Aw where is she?
I'm right here mi amor

Well I'm going to leave you lovebirds be.
How was your day princesa?
Good. Went to the studio today and recorded music and caught up with my studio friends. What about you?
Been doing shows here and there and making music.
Aw that's good. How are the boys?
They are doing well, just the usual messing around and joking as well.
Aw I wish I was there with you guys again.
Same here princesa. We will be back together soon.

Christopher and I talked for an hour and a bit until I had to go to sleep. We said our I love you's and we signed off. I gave Jade her laptop back and went to bed.
