•Tsukiko also trains in very intense taijutsu training that she refers to as "core-training." It's not as crazy as what Lee and Gai do, but it's very, very harmful to osmeone's muscles and nervous system if they don't build up to the level Tsukiko herself is at.
She's so much better than all of them, she's at such a high level they can't even touch her.
It is mainly a training style for kunoichi, designed to keep the abs toned and stomach slender, as well as build up arm muscles and leg muscles. Most kunoichi don't rely on the type of training, but Tsukiko is very poor at Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, though she can perform both. Her core training also helps her with her kekkai genkai, seeing as it is most effective with fighting with taijutsu. She has excellent stamina and that is the reason why she fight with taijutsu constantly.
