Here's an old blink tutorial. It's an old drawing, but it still works ;) give it a try.
Search crown prince on YouTube, he has animation tutorials.
Another tip is try to reach above your comfort zone, don't use circle tool, don't slide frames. Match music.
I suggest using 15 FPS, but 12 is also fine.
