"Umm ...oh hi, I mean hello?" I said nervously.
I cannot believe Darnell Downs called me. I just have to remain calm.

"Ha, your nervous aren't you?" He asked

"No no no" I said shaking while I held the phone to my ear.

"How are you?" He asked.

"I'm great just having friend time with my friend." I said

"Boyfriend?" He asked

"No, but he is a guy, but he's gay" I said.

"Ohh okay, well I am glad that is the case because I was calling to ask you something." He said

He's calling to ask ME something? Lord I still feel like I'm dreaming.

"Oh and what's that?" I said trying to remain calm.

"I would really like it if we can get to know each other personally before we shoot the video." He said.

I started cheesing so hard.

"Yes that'll be great. But when?" I asked.

"How's tomorrow night?" He said.

"Yes! Perfect." I said.

"I'll be by to pick you up at 7pm." He said.

"Your picking me up?" I said

"Yes? Is that something your not used to?" He said.

"Well yea kinda" I said.

"As beautiful as you are you mean to tell me that no man has never picked you up to take you on a date?" He asked.

Damn.. he's really embarrassing me right now but it is true no guy has never actually been a knight in shinning armour to me. I know Darnell means no harm maybe he's just shocked that I haven't had the right treatment.

"Yes it's true no guy has ever done it, I've always had to meet them at the restaurant " I said.

"Wow, let my just school you. There are guys out here that treats a woman with respect and I'm that guy."  He said.

I chuckled

"Well let me school you. Just because I'm pretty does not mean I get treated with the upmost respect, it's personality before looks Mr. Downs." I said clapping back in a flirtatious way.

"Damn. I can't wait to see you Stay." He said.

I laughed.

"See you tomorrow Darnell." I said smiling holding the phone to my ear.

"See you tomorrow beautiful." He said.

I hung up the phone.

I'm so proud of myself for not acting like a groupie.
Thank God teddy is here because I need his help to find what I should wear tomorrow.

I walked back in the kitchen where teddy was.

"Wasssup bitch! The chicken is ready." He said.

"Shit smells amazing bitch!!!!" I said.

"Who you was on the phone with guh?" Teddy asked as he started cutting the chicken up.

"Well...." I said smiling.

"Hoe you better spilllllllll the mfn teaaaa bitchhhhhh" He said.

I started laughing.

"Darnell" I said.

"Bitchhhhhhhhhh!!!!" Teddy said smiling.

"He wants me to go on a date with him tomorrow night and I need your help with my attire" I said.

"You know I got you bitch." Teddy said.

"Thanks bitch" I said hugging Teddy

We started eating and watching tv.

We had fun the whole rest of the night.

Teddy decided to spend the night and I really did need him there with me.

No telling if Rowe dumbass may show back up.

THE NEXT DAY.

Me and teddy went to this cute little boutique downtown Miami shopping for dresses.

"Cmon girl" Teddy said.

"What's up" I said walking over to him.

"Try this on" He said.

"Wow this is cute teddy" I said grabbing the dress.

After trying on about 8 different dresses on we finally found the perfect dress and the perfect heels for my date.

As me and teddy walk out of the boutique we see a hair salon across the street.

We seen a girl come outside when a pretty ass hair do.

"Bitch!!!! Cmon!" Teddy said wanting to go to the hair salon.

"Ughhhh you really tryna break my pocket bitch" I said.

"No bitch Ima pay for it." He said

After 4 hours of shopping and getting my hair done i went home to get ready. Teddy had to go to work.

I made it back to my place around 4 so I had 3 hours until the date which gave me time to sit back and relax.

I took an 1hr nap and then got up to shower.

6:00 rolled around pretty fast so I decided to get ready.

I'm so nervous.

So much ran thru my head....

Like I'm really about to go on a date with a celebrity.

6:45 hit and I got a "on my way" message from Darnell.

I could literally piss my damn pants right about now. I'm nervous asf.

I did a little inhaling and exhaling but that didn't work.

I was so nervous. My stomach were in knots.

*knock knock*
