Duncan and Alyssa was inseparable, attached at the hip. From the moment Duncan made it to Chicago those two have been together. They were in so love that people who didn't know them said it was fake. Even the people who knew them best didn't underst...
"How do I look" Michael asks as he opens his arms. I laugh a little as I walk over to him.
"You know you don't have to wear a suit and tie everywhere, right" I ask as I take his suit jacket off before I place it nicely on my bed. I unbutton his top a little and open it up.
"They say if you look good then you feel good" he claims.
"No one looks good at a New Years party sweating out of his suit" I assure him.
"I trust you. I just don't know much about New Years parties" he admits.
"That's okay. I can teach you a few things about having fun" I wink and she smiles.
"Is that so" he teases as he wraps his arms around my waist.
"Yeah" I say as I bite my lip. He leans over and presses his lips to mine. We stay together for a little before we reluctantly break apart.
"We should uh... we should go" he stutters and I laugh.
"Let's go" I smile.
We drove over to a conference center in the heart of Chicago and go straight to the ballroom. I find some champagne and my friends and look forward to a fun night.
"I absolutely adore your dress" Abby says as she grabs my hand so she can get a better look at it.

"You don't think it's too much" I ask.
"Oh I do. But only you could pull it off so it's okay" she claims and I laugh.
"I'm surprised Michael was okay with me wearing this. I thought he was going to have a cardiac arrest when I walked out of the bathroom" I giggle.
"Where is he" she wonders and I shrug.
"I hope to god he's making friends, I can't be his only friend around here" I insist.
"I'm just going to apologize in advance for anything my husband says. He's a idiot when he's sober so now that he's drunk..." she trails off.
"Don't worry about it. Hopefully we'll drink enough we won't remember anything anyway" I laugh.
"Cheers to that" she says raising her glass. I clink my glass against hers before taking a nice long drink. I was ready to have a good time.
I hit the dance floor with my friends and we party like it was 2010 again. For just a little while was me and my girls tearing it up listening to good music having a great time.
"Alright. It's almost midnight, I need to go find my boyfriend" I giggle as I excuse myself from the group of girls I was hanging out with.
"If you see my husband can you send him my way" Abby asks.
