Unless some ambitious learner comments and asks me to make a chapter over Subjunctive future, because Subjunctive future and future perfect are not used except in very old texts of Spanish; modern Spanish uses present/present perfect subjunctive for both present and future tenses. Instead I will move right into Subjunctive present and past perfect.
Keeping with our rules of perfect tenses and subjunctive mechanics, it should not be hard to figure out subjunctive conjugations in the present perfect. As usual, we have our rule of haber + the past participle, but this time it is conjugated in the present subjunctive form. Let's grab our conjugations and then I'll show the magic of this tense.
Yo: haya
Tú: hayas
Él, ella, ud: haya
Nosotros: hayamos
Vosotros: hayáis
Ellos/Ellas, uds: hayan
Pienso que hayas destruido este lugar. |I think that you have destroyed this place.
Espero que ella haya limpiado su dormitorio. |I think that she has cleaned her room.
Quiero que ellos hayan comido today. |I want them to have eaten today.
Es imperativo que hayamos bailado por mañana. |It is imperative that we have danced by tomorrow.
