Where Yoongi lives is different, for the kids that were abused for most of their childhood gets to restart their life. Like a adoption center instead it's for teens who were abused most of their childhood. And South Korea is the only place without kids, for someone a lab experiment went out and now its a 99% you will die if you give birth. Because of the experiment, ever since that people stopped having baby's. Now you would have to adopted a abused child to take care of.
