Mango Lassi

Hi friends... I am here to present a very healthy and super tasty recipe of a very refreshing drink, mango lassi.

As we all know lassi is a very famous drink in India, I tried preparing lassi by adding some fruit flavor to it and in this summer season, the best available fruit can what else other than the king of all fruits- mango. 

Lassi is prepared using curd, which is again a very healthy dairy product.

Lets get started..

Ingredients needed: (For one glass)

One ripe Mango (peeled and cut into small pieces, seed removed).

3 tablespoon curd.

Dry fruits (optional).

Sugar - half a tablespoon or as per taste.

Ice cubes- 1-2 (optional).

Step 1: Put the mango pieces, curd and sugar in the grinding jar.

Step 2: Grind it in the mixer for 1 minute.

Your mango lassi is ready. 

Serve it by putting dry fruits and ice cubes in it.
