The truth assembles

Maya's POV
I walked to Riley's home with Lucas, his hand not in mine, and I was glad..... Riley would see us holding hands she will so kill me.
I had texted josh to come too, even Zay.
Finally we reached the fire escape, Lucas nodded encouragingly, I took the first step then he grabbed my wrist
"What?" I said
"Maya, even if talking to Riley is the best time of my life, maya talking to you is the only time of my life in which I can't see anything except you." He said and blushed furiously making me blush too
"Oh...why'd you say that?" I whispered
"Because I said this to Riley when I proposed her." He replied
"The same?" I asked
"The first." He said making my smile bigger and richer.
"Thank you Lucas."
"Thank you Maya." He replied, I started walking upstairs again
I knocked three times on the bay window, Riley opened it revealing zay on the carpet and josh on the other end of the bay window.
"Hey peaches." Riley said and Lucas walked in behind me
"Riley don't freak out and listen, okay." I said walking inside as Lucas hopped in behind me
"Get out Lucas!" Riley said through clenched teeth
"Riley please." I begged
She stared at the floor, giving me my answer.
"Lucas will you explain all of us what you did?" I sighed sitting in front of him and on the bed.
"It all started back in Texas as we all must know, I am sorry Riley but the moment Maya's face and hair were touched by my hand I liked her equally or maybe less as much as you. Then Riley when the triangle formed my feelings for you grew stronger and when maya asked me to choose you I was kind of delighted but as you all know we are teens and our feelings are changing, and therefore after the ski lodge I realised my mistake and I wanted maya, yet I did not say because I didnt want to to hurt any of your feelings and tbh, I really like maya and first love doesn't always survive. If Cory and Topanga did then it doesn't mean there daughter will too." Lucas ended, I looked up at him. His eyes showed truth. The only thing bad at the moment was josh staring at me and Riley sitting feeling all sad.
"Riles?" I whispered
"Actually........... I am not all that sad, if he had chosen you in ski lodge this wouldn't have happened, so what if it's now that he chooses you. Our feelings are changing..." Riley said staring at her hand, then she glanced at Farkle,"our feelings are changing a lot!" She added and I felt so grateful towards her at this moment that I did not comprehend on why she glanced at 'Farkle' (oh! This shit just got real!)
I walked over to her squeezing her in one huge hug. She hugged back.
"You and me forever peaches! Whatever happens." She whispered happily in my ear
"Yes. Yes. I promise riles." I replied my voice muffled by her shoulder
I then turned to look at josh.
A tear had slipped from his eye that he wiped away.
"Just the fact that I am not a teen and I felt stable feelings for you maya." Josh said and got up
"Josh..." I whispered
"Shshsh! S'okay maya, you have the right to your choices." Josh said and pulled me in a hug, I hugged him back so tightly that I might have choked him a bit

"I just knew you two would end up together." Zay Said once josh had walked down the firescape
"Me too." Riley squeaked and she sat next to Farkle. Farkle. Farkle.
"I am gonna go now." Farkle said getting up
"Where?" Lucas interrupted
"Isodora calls!" Farkle grinned
"Yeah. Yeah. Go to Smackle billy!" Riley said and that moment I was the one blushing. She called Farkle! She called him 'Billy'
I laughed a little and Lucas eyed me, I gestured towards Riley and he grinned realising what I wanted to say.
"I shall take maya now." Lucas suddenly said getting up
I frowned,"but riles?" I said turning at Riley
"Go!" She winked and I smiled, zay and Riley started talking about the next project while me and Lucas walked down the firescape to whatever his first 'official' date meant.
