we didn't get to meet today.
i spent this entire day just wandering around the town, hoping i'd get to see you. not necessarily talk to you, but just see you.
it's strange, really. but i'm not
sure whether i miss you
or the idea of you.

i went to the library and borrowed a new book to read, called
"the spring rains".
the title reminded me of you.
i then i took a walk in the park where i often see you.
this time you weren't there to complete the beautiful landscape.
and then i went to the
riverside, where your absence was
even more painful,
and i painted a bit.
i hope i see you tomorrow.
perhaps i'll ask you if you finished reading the book that's so dear to me.
