Because I'm extra AF. I would be going to this party as Gabbie's +1. I didn't know any of the people there. I loved Scotty's videos but I didn't know any of them, really. Only famous Youtubers/viners were coming to this. They all had one +1 and as Gabbies only friend that wasn't already invited to this, she took me. I was really excited. I was going to meet SCOTT GLEN SIRE! This is all I've ever wanted. I like Alex's music and I watch his vlogs because they are so awkward, it's hilarious. But I'm not like, a hardcore fan. Gabbie told me to pack enough for two days just in case so I brought my "rise and cry" hoodie and my "Too Much Scotty" hoodie. I brought an extra plain black hoodie just in case a friend needs one. I grabbed two pairs of leggings, my black converse, three t-shirts, some underwear, and a bra. I put on my space converse. (I love Chuck Taylors) I was only 20 and I knew people would be drinking. I also knew I was gonna be the designated driver for at least three people. I put all my stuff in my bag and ran out the door. I got in my car and drove to Gabbie's place *over text* Hope: I'm here Gabbie: I'm coming down Hope: did you stick with the theme? Gabbie: I have a black dress with a baggy space hoodie over it Hope: Lit *end text*
Gabbie got into my car and said "DAMN" "What?" I asked "You look stunning!" She said "I bought this outfit thinking it was cute but never had a reason to wear it. Plus, I don't like wearing crops. You know that" I said "I know. I just don't get it" she said "What do you mean?" I asked "You are gorgeous! You are thin and tan!" she said "Thanks. I just don't think that" I said "PSHHHHHHHH" She said "Are you gonna leave me?" I asked "What do you mean?" she asked "At the party. Are we gonna arrive and you walk away?" I asked "No! I'm going to introduce you to my friends" she said "SCOTTY?!" I scream-asked "Yes, hun. Even Scotty" I said "He won't like me" I said sadly, realizing the truth "Why?" she asked "I'm ugly, fat, stupid, and I'm not even FUNNY!" I pouted "None of those are true. I guarantee at least one person will try to kiss you at this party tonight" she said "I guarantee at least all EXCEPT one person -being you- will be repulsed by me" I said "Scotty and you will get along" she said "HOW?" I asked "You both self harm" she said and we both got out of the car HE SELF HARMS?! But he's so amazing! I mean, I'm not crushing on him because he has a girlfriend but still!
We walked into the building and those thoughts of his depression left my mind when I saw him flash Gabbie and I a smile. Gabbie walked over to him, David, Kristen, and Liza. "Hey guys" Gabbie said "Hey Gabbie and company" David said "So guys, this is Hope. Hope, this is Kristen, Scotty, David, and Liza"she said, putting emphasis on Scotty's name "Hi Hope" Scotty said to me, smiling I literally melted when he said that. "Hi" I quietly whispered, my head lowered "Guys, I probably shouldn't tell you this and Hope will beat me later for doing this but she's a HUGE fan. And she wouldn't shut up about you guys the way here. This next part I REALLY shouldn't tell you but...she is especially a fan of Scotty and when I said she got to meet him her face fell and she goes 'he won't like me. ' because she for real thinks she mcnasty" Gabbie said I blushed A LOT and said "Thanks asshole. Give them my biography why don't you. Tell them all my secrets why don't you?!" I said "Gladly." she smiled "NOPE" I said "Girl please, you are so pretty! YOU STUNTIN!" Kristen said "True" Liza says "Where did you get that outfit?" Scotty asks. Kristen hits him "calm down Kristen. You're my number one" "I got it on Amazon" I mumbled "I think it looks really good on you" David says. Liza hits him "Calm down Liza. You're my number one" "Thanks guys." I said "Yo Hope, go grab me some punch" Gabbie said "Sure" I said. I saw as Gabbie and Scott kept talking and everyone else kinda dispersed.
