Part 8||Claire

A/N: I FEEL THE NEED TO EXPRESS THAT HOPE ALWAYS HAS SCRUNCHIES ON HER WRIST! IT'S HOW NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT THE CUTS!

HOPE'S POV:
It's 11 when I click on David's new video.  It's titled "He has a girlfriend?!" with Alex and I kissing but I'm a mere silhouette.  
I comment "nice thumbnail" and watch the video.  It shows Alex and I at the parade, at Hollywood Blvd, and at the party.  
I think it's really sweet.  I go to the comments section and see that David pinned mine and liked it.  
I smile to myself, realizing how lucky I am to have met all of these people that have millions of fans that would love to be in my position.  
I tweet something saying "who else loves the vlogsquad?"
I only have 25 followers on twitter because I just have it to retweet all of the vlogsquads tweets.  
I decide that 1:00 in the afternoon is late enough to get out of bed.  I get out of bed and get dressed (outfit above) 
I drive over to the vlog house, knowing Gabbie is already there and I don't have to pick her up.  I have a packed bag from a while ago that I never really needed but I know I need it this time.  I'm not going home tonight, no matter what.  I'm also not going to sleep tonight.  I already know that much.  My insomnia is worse than ever.  
I check my twitter and two people have commented
1) "I love all of their videos! they are so amazing!"
2) "I love Scotty in David's vlogs.  Him being depressed is just...it makes me happy that there is someone like me"
I dm them both on twitter
1)"Me too! Do you wanna meet them?"
2)"Yeah me too.  He's really nice in person, do you want to meet him?"
they both reply within 30 minutes 
1)"I would love to! But I live in Kentucky so I don't think I'm close enough! Sadly :("
2)"yes! I live near them! But I don't know where they live...You've met them?"

So I reply to both of them
1)"Aww! If they ever go to Kentucky, I'll send Gabbie your address if you want because her and I are best friends!" 
2) "Where do you live? You can meet them today!"
And then they reply
1) "Thanks so much! What's your name? (I'm Jenny)"
2) "REALLY?! I would mainly just like to meet Scotty but if I could also meet Gabbie, that'd be awesome! What's your name? My name is Claire.  And here's my address [insert address]"
I respond to them both
1) yw.  I'm Hope
2) Cool, see you at 4 today! I'm Hope, btw

I then drive to the vlog house, having just sat in my car for 45 minutes listening to TØP and messaging these girls.  
I walk in the house shyly but I know I have to ask, as much as I don't want to
"Scotty" I say quietly
"Yeah?" he calls from the other room.  How could he here me? I guess the house is unusually silent
"I was messaging a fan of yours and I figured you could maybe meet her?" I asked nervously
"Sure, when?" he said, surprising me
"Today.  We'd leave at 3:30" I said
"So an hour?" he asks
"Yeah" I say
"Alright.  Just me?" he asks
"And Gabbie.  She's depressed, btw.  She tweeted me saying she likes you in David's vlogs because it makes her happy to see someone else is like her" I said
"Ah.  That makes sense" he says
"Where is everyone?" I ask
"Out back"  he says
"Not you?" I ask
"I'm an introvert" he said
"Me too" I replied, walking out back
"Gabbie, I promised a fan that she could meet you at 4:00 today so we're leaving in an hour" I said
"Why'd you promise" she asked
"I remembered wanting so badly to meet these people but knowing I never would and it was really sad.  She is depressed, like me and she just wants to meet you and Scotty" I said
"Has scotty agreed?" she asked
"yup" I said
"Alright, I'll go" Gabbie says
"Thanks" I reply, walking back inside to where Scotty is.  I sat on the couch next to him (not next to him but on the couch that was next to the couch he's on) and got on my phone. I liked some instagram pictures of Scotty's and I put in my earbuds, listening to my playlist
I feel a tap on my shoulder
"Whatcha listening to?" he asks
"My playlist" I say
"what songs are on it?" Scotty asked me
"Uhh...all of yours, all of alex's, all of Gabbies, a couple TØP songs, some P!atd songs, some watsky songs, some Bmike songs, and a song called Anxiety by Human Petting Zoo.  Also Left Brain Right brain." I said
"What's playing now?" he asked
"Scott's plan" I said
"what's next" he asked
"woah woah woah by watsky"
"Can I listen?" He asked
"sure" I said, handing him one of the earbuds.  the song sang out 'still overthinking a lot, still feel alone when I'm not, but this is the life that I got, aye. Thanks!'
Scotty really liked the Watsky song and we listened to 'Speakeasy', Pmj's cover of 'Creep', Pmj's cover of 'seven nation army', 'Just average', 'Human Petting Zoo Anxiety', 'Baby Don't Cut', 'Anxiety' by Bmike, and 'Loud Gospel' (P!atd and Gabbie Hanna mashup) before I had to go outside and get Gabbie
"You have really good music taste" Scotty said to me
"Thanks!" I said happily "It's easy when there are artists like yourself making really good music" I said
I went outside and said "Gabbie, it's go time"
"Be back in some time" Gabbie said to everyone
"Where are you going" Zane asked
"I'll tell you when we get back.  It's kind of time sensitive"  Gabbie said
"K, talk to you later baby" Heath said, holding a cigarette.  
"Bye" Gabbie said
"Bye Gabbie and Hope" David said 
"Bye" I said quietly
