A Little Pep Talk

Here goes my first official chapter, inspired by one of YOU ❤️

Okay, here goes:

So, it has been said, by not just one person that when you have anxiety, some tend to think only about what others think about them. I've done it. You may also feel like you are worth nothing.

But you should shy away from thinking what they think and that you are worthless - be yourself and you will shine brighter than the brightest star because you are meant to be unique and technically, everyone is worth something, be it money or something more sentimental.

Try and shy away from thinking bad of yourself.

I'm not saying tell yourself positive things about yourself (although you could try - it has been proven to help some as you will soon believe it if you're repeating it over and over), just focus on the people around you. If they make you feel particularly bad about yourself, get away from them.

Pick one feature you love about yourself and build a confidence stem from there. Perhaps dress in something bright and that makes you feel powerful.

Remember, you are beautiful to someone, if not to yourself. You are all beautiful to me - and I haven't even met you.
