She smiled back at his kind gesture and started packing her stuff.
She took her script and put it in her back and suddenly michael came up to her. "Excuse me Evelyn, you mind staying a little bit longer with Timothée Chalamet please?" she was confused. "Um specifically me and Timothée or some of the others? I don't mind but.." "Just you and Timothée please." She didn't bother to ask why. maybe something good?
Evelyn walked over to Timothée. "Hey um, Michael wants both of us to stay longer." Timothée rose his head to her and their eyes met. "Just u-" "Yes just us." She interrupted him because she knew what he would say. He nodded his head slowly. "Good." She smiled walking off.
She couldn't help but think what was gonna happen. She slung her bag on her shoulder and walked to timothée. "Ready?" He asked her. She replied with a subtle nod.
"Okay so lets just make it short. You may or may not know but the head directors and producers want this sitcom to have as much hype as possible. And what I mean by hype is people desperate for this series to come out. So I chose you guys to do something that might help that situation." "What is this quote on quote situation?" Michael smiled. "Well, maybe we could have a big of fun and do some fake dating."
Evelyn shook her head in disbelif. "What?" It was weird to her. Fake dating wasn't something that would casually come up to her mind. "You know, its when you and timothée fake date to create more hype for this sitcom an-" "I know what it means. What I meant was why would you want me and timothée to do such a thing? It's disgusting!" She bursted through the doors and before you know it she was gone.
Timothée stood there shocked. He never saw evelyn just snap like that. But he agreed with her, it was really weird on how someone would make someone fake their relationship just for fame and wealth. He didn't waste anymore time and ran to find her.
He knew where she would go, the place she said that it was oneof the places she felt safe in. He noticed that there were some wet spots on the concrete, maybe like teardrops?
"Helloo.. Evelyn are you there?" Timothée stepped inside evelyn's trailer. He spotted her sitting on her little couch. She had her head buried inside her hands. Timothée smiled sadly, not a happy smile. He hated seeing people sad. He took a deep breath and sat next to her. "You okay?" Hesaid sofly while rubbing her back. She shrugged.
"To be honest no. I think he's right it will create hype but, its just wrong." He understood her answer. He really did.
"I wont do it if you dont want to. If you're comfy then yes we could do it." She admires timothée. He always finds a way to make you feel better. "Thanks timmy." She smiled at him. He could tell she was genuinely (geNuIneLy) happy. Her eyes sparkle not like 5 minutes ago when her eyes were visibly dull. "I um think we can do the "dating" thing." Evelyn said while motioning the "". Timothée was taken by surprise. He wanted to make sure she was really okay with the dating thing and she said the same answer 'yes.' 'yes.' 'yes.'
