An android roamed the empty halls of the quiet space. He moved carefully around the apartment to not wake the other occupants. Connor entered the large open area that was composed of the kitchen and living room. Along the wall that separates the two spaces was plastered with picture frames. Each frame fit harmoniously with another as they varied in size, shape, and color. The android stepped closer as it was the first time he's noticed such a display. Images of Erika were present along with some with her family. Connor scanned the images for some that would strike an interest. His head stopped as he focused on an image of Hank, Erika, and Cole. Erika was carrying him on top her shoulders with Hank in the background chasing them--the young boy looked so happy and the old man did not look old in the photo for his wide smile made him ten years younger. The LED on Connor's temple blinked yellow as he took in the still images of the family's memories.

As Connor turned away from the wall he felt a nudge against his leg. He turned around to find Rizzo wide awake. The android smiled at the presence of the furry animal and bent down to pet him. As he stroked the soft fur of the Australian shepherd, his eyes moved from the animal's fur to its mechanical limb. He analyzed the limb once more to gather information on this advancement. It was not of a CyberLife make nor an Eversen model. The limb was made entirely by scratch and by an advanced robotic engineer. Connor took in the information and stood up to review his objectives for the day. There was a list of things to do, but he could not start on a single one until the lieutenant woke up. Instead, Connor made his way to the kitchen and examined the available ingredients. Rizzo followed the android as he made his way to the fridge.
