Ok, ok, ok. I know every single lady in the world hates🚫 periods! You hate how blood leaks through, how you have to change your underwear constantly, and etc...

Here's some very helpful tips.

•Heating pad.
if not then hot water. It'll calm down cramping. You can take pills for it too.

•Dark chocolate🍫.
Not normal chocolate. Dark chocolate is really healthy! You're loosing blood when you're on your period. The dark chocolate can build up your magnesium levels up.

•Drink water💦.
Simple, but helps from keeping you bloated.

•Period apps.
Period apps are helpful, but that's what I've heard. I don't use a app, I just keep track in my head.

•Calcium.
Calcium, will not only make your bones stronger but it'll help with PMS symptoms.

•Vitamin E.
E helps reduce pain levels.

•Pads:
I've learned this when I was little. I got my period really early, and I felt sad because I was too young. I was eight when I had my first period, and my mum bought me my sized pads. Blood would leak through, and the pad just didn't do.

As I got older, I used maxi pads, really really long pads. This will keep all the heavy blood in for a while, and prevent from leaking in the back and front.

•Time. If you're in school and don't have much time to change, try to make time. Go in the morning before class starts, go during lunch, change in the locker room. Do whatever it takes to change.

I suggest maxi pads because it helps a lot. Change every two or three hours.

•Hot baths.
Not really really hot ones, but warm. Let your body relax a bit.

•Try not to think about it.
I know it's hard not to, but listen to music or do things you like to get your mind off of it.

•Blankets.
Carry a dark colored blanket with you and wrap it around your waist. If you have light colored furniture, this is absolutely helpful. I came up with this, but it helps.

•Move around.
Don't lay down whenever you're on your period. Walk around, or do some light exercises. Moving around helps.
