The snow covered fields are a soft white, the sun low in the sky casting shadows over most of the field, but the parts the sun does hit shine and glitter as if it wanted to add even more beauty to this scene. The logs that tumbled in fall are covered, making small homes for the animals for the winter. The river is almost frozen, but you still get a small tranquil bit of water passing by almost as if it's waving goodbye for the year. Each step you take has a satisfying crunch to it, the air is cold but clean. The entire earth it's quite and feels cleansed as if nothing could go wrong. You take a step into the sunshine patch you saw, and take a deep breath. Laying down and making a snow angel being calm and happy in the world.
