PART 4: A Rotten Apple

Hello! I have really wanted to discuss Apple in this episode, so I'm going to try! I'll see you at the end of the part!

Recap (because I think we need one)

Daring softly grabbed Rosabella's hand and the both walked out into the crowd.

The second they left the Hocus Latte, kids immediately stared.
Whispers and rumors were spreading like wildfire.

Rosabella's POV

"It's going to be okay." said Daring with a smile.

Gosh...he's always so confident...but that's okay.
He can do all the talking, but I'm the one with the book smarts ;)

"Look!!!! They're holding hands!!!" said a kid on the right.

"I heard Apple isn't here because she's sad about losing Daring to a loner." said a kid on the left.

Oh godmother...is that why Apple's been avoiding me?
I don't think so....
but what if....?

"Daring..." I whisper

"Yes Rosabella?"

"I have to see Apple. What if she hates me forever after? I mean, did you hear what they're saying?" I say.

"She won't...I promise.
But if you wanna go see her, I'll walk you?"
He offered shyly.

"Of course." I say

We arrived back at the castle with way more whispering then before.

"Just keep smiling Rosie....it's okay." Daring said.

"Okay..." I say in a small voice.

The moment we got inside the main hall, I ran to take a right towards the girls dormitories.

"I have to go see Apple. I'm determined to find her. Briar told me Apple's entire class schedule, (creepy, but at one of our family reunions, we took a quiz on our BFFAs.) so I know that she has no classes right now."

I swiftly continue down the hall, and found Apple's dorm.

*Knock knock*

*Raven Queen answers the door*

"Hey Rosabella! What's going on?" She says happily.

"I have to speak with Apple...is she here?" I ask

"Yup! Come on in!"

I walked slowly into the purple and red dorm room.

Apple was laying on her bed, doing the Kingdom Management debate thing that Darling was doing...
they must be in the same class.

"Hey Apple.."
I said shyly. I really hope she's not mad at me.

"Hi." said Apple sadly.

"Listen, I'm so sor-" I begin.

Apple suddenly became very angry with me.

"How can I not be mad Rosabella?!
Even though Daring and I weren't an actual couple, he and I were going to have a Happily Ever After, and now it's all ruined.
Thanks to you and your "power" to see people beyond what they are on the outside.
He was the only thing that was mine!
I always put others first but he was MINE!
I can't believe the nerve you had coming here! Just GO!"
Apple was practically screaming.

Just then, all of the devices in EAH turned on to see Blondie's mirror cast.
All you could see was me and Daring holding hands.

Apple turned her head around slowly.
She looked at me with a dead serious expression.

"Get. Out."

"THATS IT!"

Raven did her frozen thing and her and I were the only ones moving.

"Raven! I'm sorry!
I don't even know what happened and I'm just so sorr-"
I begin.

"It's okay Rosie. Come here."

She gave me a big hug.

"I'll just go."
I said quietly.

"See you in Geografairy?"
Raven asked.

"Yeah." I said.

After all that happened, I just needed some time alone in my dorm.
Luckily parent week is coming up, and I'm super excited about that!

Parent week is a week where parents either have you go back to your castle, or they come to Ever After High.
I'm gonna go to Sleeping Beauty's castle, so we can have a family reunion there.
In case you were wondering, Briar and I are cousins, so we hang out a bunch outside of school.

I can't wait!
