I sat there, house empty with Finn and he was about to tell me a secret.
"What is it Finn?" I asked.
"It's about yesterday." He started.
"Yeah! I was afraid to ask." I knew he was gonna bring it up.
"Look, I shouldn't be telling you this but we're friends right?" He asked. I nodded and waited for him to continue. "Well, since my mom left my dad, I had this weird eye thing that developed when I was younger. I have an eye infection and it makes me cry at random times. The doctors call it a single tear drop syndrome. It's happened since she left and never stopped. Once it happened at school and people noticed I was called a freak and a fuck boy. I use to play around with girls feelings. But that's because of my bad childhood." Listening to Finn's story made me wanna hig him tight. I leaned over and hugged him.
"You're not a freak to me." I said.
"You like me right?" He asked.
"Of course I do." I said backing up.
"Good. But there's something else." He stated.
"What is it?"
"My dad is returning and he's planning on take me back." I froze for a second and wondered. That means no finn in the house.
"That means..."
"Yeah." He said. "Moving back home."
"Can't you still come over?" I asked.
"It's gonna be difficult like.."
"Why is it?"
"My dad is moving away and he's taking me with him." I froze again and stared. No!
