1 + 1 = 2. This will remain so for the rest of time, as will the perfect square formula and other proven equations. This isn't the case with adulthood. Despite the numerous "How to" guides, there is no preset formula on how to grow up. Omari and Sawyer didn't understand this until they crossed paths.
Meet Omari: A twenty-one year old Chemistry major who has his life set and is sure he'll end up with the perfect girl. It's only a matter of time till he realizes that perfect comes in all forms.
Meet Sawyer: An eighteen year old schizophrenic who is struggling with her image and believes will be forever judged for a condition she can't control. It's only a matter of time till she realises she's perfect just as she is.
Add in Asante, Wendy and Lloyd, who are also tackling the ups and downs adulthood brings and it's just one big ball of confusion.
The choice to perfectly maneuver their way through growing up is theirs really. But it also isn't. It's all confusing really.
