The New Girl | Sweet Pea

New girl•Pilot pt.1

"CARMENNNN!!" I heard a women yell while banging on my door. It was my mother, I sighed and got out of bed. I looked at my phone to see that it was 5:30 in the fucking morning. "YOU'RE GO-" she cut herself off , I heard her burp. She must've been drunk again. "I AM UP! JESUS WOMEN GO TO BED! I WILL GET DRESSED" I heard her walk off , or at least attempt to. I got into the shower of my new trailer. Oh right did I forget to mention, I went from city to a trailer Home in a small place that is called "sunny side trailer park". I like it though. It was nice and different from the city. I knew that the people who lived there had motorcycles too. So that should be interesting. I finished showering and I blow dried my hair, I straightened it and decided I was just going to leave it down. I got dressed.

When I was finished getting dressed it was about to be 10 minutes to 7.  So I decided to smoke before I rode off to school.  I sat on my bike and lit a cigarette.

I sat on my motorcycle and smoked for about 15 minutes. I got bored so I decided to make a small drawing.

I decide to draw a snake. I've always loved snakes. The fact that they're cold blooded and don't have a single shit to give. I heard a motorcycle start. My head quickly popped up so I could see where it was coming from. I saw a guy with a black leather jacket with an image of a snake on the back of his jacket. I saw him ride off. I finished my sketch and threw the cig I was smoking to the ground, I then stomped on it with my black leather boot. I put my sketch book in my book bag , started my bike, and rode off. 10 minutes later I arrived to school. As soon as I rode into the parking lot , I could see people staring me down as I pulled into a spot. I pulled into a spot where I saw other motorcycles and people around them. Then I realized that the people who I had parked next to , had the same serpent jacket on. It must be a trend I said to myself. I sat on my bike and finished sketching out the snake I had started that morning. I was waiting to go inside so I could pass by the office and pick up my schedule. "Nice wheels" I heard a girl say. I looked up only to see a beautiful girl with pink strands of hair and a leather jacket get up off her bike and walk over to me. I sighed and looked back at my drawing to finish shading the bottom of my snake. "Thanks" I said still not making eye contact. She chuckled "I'm Toni." I still didn't look at her "Carmen" I said in a low voice. "Damn, edgy and mysterious, and you're not a people person. You and sweet pea are soul mates." My head quickly popped up, I looked at her and narrowed my eyes "sweet pea?" She turned around and pointed at a guy. I looked over to see who it was, it was the guy that I had seen this morning. I rolled my eyes "haha" I said sarcastically. She gasped sarcastically "AND YOU ARE SARCASTIC! MORE OF A REASON FOR ME TO BELIEVE THAT YOU AND SWEET PEA ARE SOUL MATES." She said it so loud. She looked at sweet pea and he just scoffed. When I saw how far she went just to annoy sweet pea and I , I laughed. "Thank god, I never thought I would live to see the day where you smile." I playfully rolled my eyes "Well, you did." I got up and walked away. Toni started to speak again "I'll see you around I guess?!" I turned around and looked at her, she smiled and I raised my eyebrows. I went to the office and grabbed my schedule. Turns out my first period was science. I walked over to room 247 turns out I was late. I didn't here the bell ring because I was listening to music. I listen to rock so it's really loud. I walked into the room and didn't make eye contact with anyone. I sat in the last row in the far back. I took off my head phones and just sat there. The teacher looked at me "Delgado Carmen?" I rolled my eyes "right here, oh and by the way Carmen comes first" i smiled and rolled my eyes. He didn't say anything his face just went blank. I heard some people chuckle I looked to my right to see Toni and 2 guys it was that guy sweet pea and another guy I didn't know. I raised my eyebrows and smiled. The rest of the class wasn't even a lesson. The teacher just sat in his chair and let the students do what ever the fuck they wanted. So I put my head phones back on and turned the volume all the way up. I took my sketch book out of my book bag and began to draw something new.

I decided to mark my drawing. I then felt someone tap me. It was Toni. She looked at me and pointed to where sweet pea was, I took off my head phones "what?". "Sweet pea wants to see what your drawing." I looked at her and then looked at him, I shook my head. She giggled a little bit and looked over to sweet pea, it seems like he had been watching her and I speak. He rolled his eyes and scoffed. He then looked me in the eyes and quietly mouthed out "fuck you" I sarcastically smiled I ripped a piece of paper out of my notebook and wrote the words "thanks for the invite but you seem dirty and I'm not just talking about your looks." I gave it to Toni and she passed it down to him. He read it and popped his head up, he looked at me. He got up and walked over to me. He put one hand on the desk where I was sitting and the other on the top of the chair I was on. He got close to my face and looked me in the eyes "give.me.the.drawing." He whispered his voice was low and husky. Not going to lie it was sexy. "Get.out.of.my.face" I told him , because I was kinda getting annoyed he narrowed his eyes. I smiled and slipped my hand through the small space that was between our faces and gave him the finger. His face got kind of red. He stood up straight, looked down at me and smiled "hey fangs" the guy who was sitting next to him looked at him ,his face was bright red , it looked like he wanted to laugh so hard, Toni was already busting out in tears. "Wh-wha" Fangs was cut off because he started laughing. He finally calmed down "yo,fangs" fangs took a deep breath and said "what's up?". "We should go to sweet water river." Fangs smiled and raised his eyebrows "sure let's ditch after lunch and we'll head out for the rest of the day." I continued to mark my paper and I heard Toni say "hey Casper" I narrowed my eyes not knowing she was speaking to me "Casper?" She smiled "yeah that's what I'm gonna call you now." I chuckled "sure why not" I said sarcastically. Fangs walked up to me and said "by the way I'm fangs" I didn't make eye contact "I know, I kinda got the memo" he chuckled "you're welcome to come too." I looked at him and raised an eye brow I looked at Toni who was looking at me as if waiting for me to respond with a "yes" I chuckled and looked back at my finished drawing "sure. Why not? Where should I meet you guys?". "Don't meet us anywhere you're sitting with us at lunch. You should stick with us, or else the ghoulies will make you their bitch" I chuckled "ghoulies? Haha" I said sarcastically "no one is making me their bitch" Toni smiled and said "ok but you're still sitting with us" I nodded. As soon as I nodded the bell rang. I told her I would meet her in the cafeteria, but first I was going to put books in my new locker. We went our separate ways. I realized that when Toni and fangs walked away sweet pea wasn't with them. I thought he must've went to the bathroom or something. I got to my locker and opened it. I was putting away my book when I felt someone come from behind me and put their hands on my hips "Well you're a pretty little thing aren't you? What's your name doll?" I scoffed quickly turned around. I grabbed who ever it was that touched my hips by the collar of their shirt, I slammed them against the locker and pulled out my knife and held it to their throat "MIND TELLING ME YOUR NAME FIRST , AND WHY YOU TOUCHED ME YOU LITTLE BASTARD?" I heard someone yell "Cas" the voice sounded familiar, I felt someone grab me from my stomach and pick me up. It was sweet pea. "WHAT THE FUCK MAN PUT ME DOWN". He set me down "get the fuck out of here Malachi" I heard sweet pea shout. I calmed down and took deep breaths. I walked back over to my locker , put my knife away along with the rest of my stuff and closed it. I walked past sweet pea trying to avoid contact with him. "You're an angry little thing aren't you?" He smiled at me. "And you're really pressing my buttons right now. Aren't you?" I chuckled. "What you did back there was pretty cool. You're a bad ass chick Casper." I rolled my eyes "you're not to bad yourself shaggy" he stopped and narrowed his eyes "did you just give me a nick name?". "I believe so".
