Goodbye?

Sam spoke with Billy, Sue and Quil's Grandfather...if it would keep me from dying...but there were conditions. It would to never happen again. I would to never feed on human blood, and...I would have to be locked up for a while. Sam told this to Carlisle, Paul wasn't to happy about this...that I would be locked up. I calmed him down and told him that it wasn't forever. There was still a risk though...

The pack was here, their Imprints...Billy, Sue, and Quil's Grandfather.

"I hate this," growled Leah

"None of us do. After we say our goodbye, we're leaving. Hopefully, we don't have to come back here." said Sam

"What...why?" said Seth

"Because I could either Survive or Die. There's no for sure answer on how this will be." I smiled at him

He hugged me tight, he grinned at me when he let go.

"You'll make it through...but, Goodbye Artemis!" he grinned

Everyone else gave me hugs and goodbye's. They were waiting for Paul, he and Bella were the last two. Bella looked at Paul and smiled slightly, she came up to me and hugged me. I hugged her back,

"...You do know...you won't be able to see Mom, Phil...Dad...or anyone we used to know anymore. Except for the Pack and Cullens...right?" she muttered

"Probably...tell 'em I love 'em...Okay?" I said

"Yeah...I promise." she smiled

"And no Cliff Diving. Unless Paul takes you, then it's okay." I grinned

She stepped back, and Paul didn't move. He didn't want to say Goodbye, and neither did I. Bella gave him a hug, which surprised me and everyone else. Edward didn't seem to pleased.

"She's strong...she'll fight. But if she can't...you'll regret not being able to say Goodbye." she said to him

He just whimpered, she let him go and he hugged me tightly. I hugged him back, he buried his head into my neck and took a deep breath, he closed his eyes. His heart was racing,

"They won't hit you for doing it." said Edward

He moved between Emmett and Rosalie. Paul grabbed my chin and kissed me, I closed my eyes. It was soft, sweet...and sad. But, I could feel the love in it. He smiled sadly at me,

"I love you...Goodbye," he said

He turned around and ran out, he shifted while jumping off the porch and he ran. I didn't need to be a wolf to know what his howl meant.

"He'll be fine, just survive this." said Leah

"We'll piss him off some, see if that'll cheer him up," Embry grinned

"I'm not doing it" Seth shook his head

"Jacob can do it." piped up Quil

"Why me?" he furrowed his eyebrows

"You did it before." said Jared

"He fought Paul?" I rose an eyebrow

"Yup, to Protect Bella because she slapped him. That's how she found out about us, she thought we did something to Jacob." grinned Embry

"You better come back, because you. And Me, are going out once you do." Rachel demanded

"Promise...it's good to see you." I smiled

"Online schooling is harder than taking the classes in person! But when Embry told me this...I'll catch up later." she smiled sadly at me

They all left, and Edward took Bella home. She didn't want to be here for this, it was the final Goodbye before Carlisle and Emmett came into the Study with me. It was just us. I laid down on the bed-type thing, and relaxed as I closed my eyes.

"This is going to hurt..." Carlisle warned

"Let's get it over with." I smiled

Carlisle injected me with something that made me go asleep. He was going to take the baby out first, before Emmett would turn me...Will I Survive or Die?
