Isabelle's POV

As I turn to look at who I think to be my mother, I see Demetrius standing in a pair of shorts.

"What do you want?" I ask, trying not to drool over his 8 pack.

"I needed to see you. I needed to know that you were okay," he says as he pants slightly.

"You do know that you could have called me?" I ask.

"Well I don't have your number," he says with a smirk.

"Well that's for a good reason," I retort.

He stalks closer to me. "Oh really? And what, pray tell, is that reason?"

I gulp as he looms over me. "Well let's see," I stall, "you are a know it all who thinks that he can have any girl he wants. I am just your flavor of the week." I shrug.

He growls before pacing a few feet away from me muttering to himself. "Of course that's what she thinks," I hear him say.

I think about how Courtney, the most popular girl in school, hangs off his arm all the time at school and I start thinking about why he isn't off spending time with her.

"Where is your girlfriend anyway?" I question.

"Rig-," he stops himself before sighing and looking down. "Courtney isn't my girlfriend. I have never had a girlfriend."

"Oh right. You just have your pick of the week."

He growls again and seems to shake as if there is something ready to burst out of him. "I have never been with anyone," he growls out, "I have been waiting for the one person I'd spend the rest of my life with."

I laugh, not believing him. "I highly doubt that. A guy like you, can't STILL be a virgin."

He pauses and looks to me with an almost animalistic gleam in his eye as he once again stalks towards me. Only this time he doesn't stop till he has me pinned to the wall.

"Oh but I am little one," he whispers gruffly in my ear, "I will only be with the one person that I am meant to be with for the rest of my life. And I already know who that is."

"Let me guess, Courtney?" I ask.

He grips my hips and pulls me to him quickly. "It's never been Courtney," he says with a snarl, "it's always been you."
