I end the call and shove my phone inside my pocket.

And when I look up, Drake's blank eyes and my piercing eyes met. "Oohh. Hello there," nakangising bati ko sa kanya. "What's up?"

He snorted. "Cut the shit. Don't talk like we're close 'cause we both known that we are not. And will never be."

"Heh~" I chuckle.

He shot me a glare. "What? Are you seeking a trouble?"

I raise my hands up. "Nah. Of course I am not. Chill with the killing glare, will 'ya."

"I won't give a shit with you," asik ni Drake. "Tell me. Why exactly are you even here?"

Naglaho ang naglalarong ngiti sa mga labi ko. Nawala rin ang kislap ng mga mata ko dahil sa pagtalim ng mga ito. "You got something that I believe is mine. And I'm taking back what is mine." I said, using a serious dead voice.

A period of silence came between us and it was mostly filled with him staring at me like some psycho. Oh well, they're already think I am. Pfft.

Then I laugh, manically. "Ha-ha-ha. It was a joke. No need to take it so seriously."

"It's that look funny to you?"

"Nah. I just wanted to tell a joke since you looked so down."

"And you'd think I'm joking with you, you fucking shitface?"

"Hey, hey, hey. Calm down, okey? Masyado 'atang mainit ang ulo mo?" I wave one hand dismissively. "Well, akala ko'y nabanggit na ni Tito Blake sa inyo pareho ni Brent noong una pa lang ang dahilan ng pagdating ko dito?"

"About that?" Drake rose from his chair. "Not interested. Just go and find your brothers already then disappear. I don't wanna see your asshole face anymore."

A sly smirk made it's way onto my face. "No worries. I will, we will."

Drake give me his last dagger look before he turn around and walk out of the dining room.

Standing alone, again, I let a booming laughter.

After my outburst there, I fish-out my phone and dial another number. It's take three ring before the other line get it.

"Let's meet up...

"I-I can't. A-ayoko na."

I narrowed my eyes after hearing that.

"And what precisely is that supposed to mean?"

"I can't do that to him anymore, Clinton. Hurting him."

My frown deepens. "What? Say that again, Amarah?"

"C-Cain Dale. Your brother, h-he had enough." A small tear roll down her cheek just mentioning my brother's name. "Why are you still doing this? S-stop hurting your own brother, your own blood?"

I tugged her hair harshly, almost pulling it from her scalp because of what're I heard. "Don't give me that bullshit."

"O-ouch, Clinton. It's hurt. Let go, p-please..."

"No. You asked for it. Just answer my fucking question, bitch."

"Oh god... f-forget it, I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean what're I said." She mumbled an another apology.

I let her hair go. Napakadali lang talaga nyang kausap. "Good. You know me, Amarah. No one, I mean no one. No one disobeying me." This time, I grabbed her arms, gripping it tightly. "But when the time came and someone stabbed my back, papatay ako. Together with their whole family. Wala akong ititira isa man sa kanila, wala. You fucking heard me?"

Sunod-sunod syang tumango. "O-oo. Oo. Just please, don't kill me and spare my family. W-wala silang kinalaman dito."

"Kill you? Nah, as exciting as that sound, I'd still need you for my plans. And about your family, as long as you do what I said, I don't touch them. They will be fine. So..." I pat her shoulder, assuringly. "Don't test me. Don't fucking test me, hmm?"

"Yes." Amarah nod her head vigorously. "T-thank you, Clinton."

"Awe. No need to thank me, babe. Just go with the flow. And don't ever question me again. Am I understood?"

She nod her head again.

"Good girl." I shove her with such force. "Now, be a good bitch and introduce me to your nephew, mm-hmm. I want to meet my brother's new little friend."

She stiffed suddenly but comply with my demand.

We went outside her room and walk to their hallway. We'd stopped in front of a door. Amarah knock on it. The door slowly creaked open and a little head peeked.

"Liam."

"Aunt Amarah," he greet back with his tiny voice.

"Did we, um, disturbed you?"

"No."

Liam glance at my way wearily.

"W-well, I-I just want to introduce you to my boyfriend, Clinton." Amarah turn at me. "And babe, this is Liam, my older brother's only child."

"Hi, Liam. It's nice to finally meet you." I raise my hand towards him.

Minutes pass but the little pest didn't accept my hand. His eyes were fixated on my face. He eyed me curiously. I smirk, look like he already feel'd negatives vibes coming off from me.

"What's the matter, Liam?" Amarah ask him gently. "Liam?"

He slowly shakes his head. "N-nothing. It just that... h-he, I mean your boyfriend... I-I really don't know but I think I saw him somewhere. He seem familiar. "

"Really?" I state-ask him lowly. "Where?"

He instantly flinched when I use my monotone voice. 'Ops, my bad.'

Um, I'm sorry if now lang ako nakapag-update sa tinagal-tagal na panahon. At, sobrang ikli pa. And please, don't ask me why dahil maski ako ay hindi ko alam kung bakit. Pasensya na uli, guys.
