14: He Changed

"And here comes.. Park Jimin and his wife, Park Haemi" The announcer said when both of them went out of the limo. Hyebin already went out with Mr and Mrs Park before them

All cameras are focused on the two people walking down the red carpet with smiles on their faces. Linking arms with each other. Only one reporter were allowed to ask a question to each guest. And Haemi was very nervous for what question she will receive from the reporter.

"First of all, Lets take a picture of this cute couple" The reporter said and flashlights were flashing here and there. The girl could feel like her eyes are going to blind and she could not focus on anything except the fact that Jimin snaked his hand around her waist tightly. Both of them were smiling happily to the cameras. The reporter then started asking questions when they finished taking the pictures

"Mr Jimin! This is your first time showing your wife to the public. No one knew how did you two met. Can you tell us shortly about it?" He asked and Jimin just laughed while looking at his wife

"Let's say I met her sister first cause I thought she was lost and saw her came to her sister with a cotton candy on her hand. That's how we met" He smiled sweetly at Haemi and gave a peck on her cheek, making flashing lights went wild. Haemi just smiled awkwardly

"Now, Its your turn Mrs Park" The reporter said and she flinched at the word 'Mrs Park'. She was not used to this at all

"Some saw scars on you face whenever you come to work at the cafe. Do you mind telling us what happened?" He asked and the girl just laughed nervously

"I am a clumsy person for your information." She said while looking at Jimin. Trying to do telepathy with him with her fake laugh so that he could help her. "Maybe I bumped into something or fell that time?" She pretended thinking

"Ahh! Yes. My wife is a very clumsy person. She bumped into a huge glass door because she thought there was no door. I was worried when she said her nose hurts" He giggled and touched her nose softly

"Awh what a cute couple.. Welcome and Thanks for answering our questions" He bowed and the two went in the hall.

Haemi sighed in relief. She said that her legs felt like jelly. Jimin just laughed while looking at her.

"What's with the sudden peck?! We didn't talk about this in the car just now!" She whispered shouted

"I dont know? I just felt like doing it" He shrugs and walked to his parents, leaving the girl stared at him in disbelief

"Unnie! look! A chocolate fountain!" Hyebin chirped cutely and the other guests were looking at her with smiles. Admiring how cute she was

Haemi walked towards her sister -who is in between Mr and Mrs Park- and bowed to the elders first. Both of them was surprised. Never once a Jimin's girlfriend bowed to them with respect. They only bowed when they are forced to

"What are you doing? Come here and bow to your parents" Haemi said and Jimin looks at her weirdly

"Why should I?"

"A greeting? Geez just do it! Respect your parents" She said and he just bowed to them obediently, making his parents more shocked to see their son bowed to them politely

"Good evening mom and dad.. Thanks for taking care of my wife's sister" He said. His parents just nodded slightly. Trying to scan whether it is really Jimin or not

"How was your ride here? Did Hyebin caused a lot of trouble?" Haemi asked and looks at her sister who is sticking her tongue out to her

"Ah? No.. she was a very good girl." Mrs Park said and Haemi saw her sister smiled proudly. "She was very obedient. You taught her well Haemi.. You could be a great mom" She continued and Haemi choked on air when Jimin nudged her

"Thank you" She scratched the back of her hair in embarrassment

"Unnie. Can I have more chocolates?" Hyebin tugged on her sister's dress and she crouched down to her level. Jimin did the same too.

"But you ate ice cream this morning"

"I promise! I will brush my teeth when I got back home!" She begged "And.. and.. I will not whine if you tell me to drink plain water again!" The little girl continued. Her sister just lifted an eyebrow

"I'm not satisfied yet"

"Uh.. Er.. Um.. Ah! I wont eat any sweets for the next three days! Please please I want the chocolate" She clasped both of her hands together

"Does this means no lollipop for the next 3 days too?" She challenged and the little girl whined

"Awh what is this?! Mom! Dad! Look at you daughter in law!" She looks up to the two and both of them was silent. enjoying watching Haemi disciplining her sister

"Jiminie Oppa? Hm? You wife wont let me eat lollipops for the next 3 days" She cried. Jimin just silently looking at his wife when she signalled him to be quiet

"Unnie!" The little girl starts crying. The three of them panicked but Haemi showed them her palm. Signalling them to wait and see

"Cha Hyebin.. You know crying wont work on me" She said. Hyebin cried louder, gaining more attentions and hit her sister's shoulder

"Unnie you're mean!" She cried

"I am.. and I am surprised you just noticed it now" She smirked and Jimin gave her the what-on-earth-are-you-doing look

"Unnie I hate you!" She cried again. She was about to give Jimin a hug -which Jimin will accept gladly- but Haemi stops her

"Oops. Nono. Jiminie Oppa is mine. You should search something else" She said. Jimin lifted an eyebrow and looks at her with a confused face

"What did you say?" He questioned purposely but got ignored

"I want the chocolate!" Hyebin shouted. More guests are watching the scene but neither Mr Park, Mrs Park and Jimin cared. They wanted to see how this fight ends

"How about this" Haemi suggested. "You eat how much chocolate you want, but you will immediately brush your teeth when you got home, never whine when I tell you to drink plain water and no sweets for the next 3 days. Only ONE. I repeat, one lollipop is allowed through that 3 days" She said and Hyebin thought it for a while. Soon she nodded and the viewers sighed in relief

"Come here" Haemi stretched her arms then Hyebin gave her a hug. She lifted her up and bowed slightly to her parents in law to excuse them to get Hyebin's chocolate.

"Lets go get chocolate!" The older girl chirped and Hyebin swings her leg in excitement

"Let's goo!"

"She is very good in this" Mrs Park said and her husband nodded in agreement

"Mom, Dad I am going after her" Jimin bowed slightly and ran to his wife

"Yeobo, I can see Jimin changing since he became Haemi's husband" Mr park nudged his wife and she nodded

"I saw that too. How I wish she will forever become my daughter in law" She sighed while watching the girl she mentioned laughing when Jimin took Hyebin's marshmellow

"What do you mean?"

"Its that, she promised me to divorce Jimin when all of this end. I mean, when she is finally free from his dad's grip. But to be truly honest, I dont want to set the time this early.. if it wasn't because how she was abused by her own stepfather, I may postpone the date until next year if I can"

"You do treasure the girl" The man asked and she nodded

"She is a gem. A precious one. Whoever gets her must be lucky" She said and left the scene.
