Peter was convinced that Michelle Jones was his soulmate. In his mind there could be no other option.

Which was understandable given the facts that he had a part time job as Spider-Man and Michelle was one of three people who knew about it, Peter and Michelle had been dating for two years with almost nothing wrong, and Michelle claimed to have heard Peter shout her secret sentence once while he was drunk.

There was no way Peter was wrong, what, with all the evidence.

But it just so happened that fate didn't smile upon Peter's choice of soulmate.

Maybe it was the fact that in two years full of romantics and love, not once had Peter heard his secret sentence from Michelle.

So as of late, things weren't going so well for Peter. That is, until you bumped into his life...
