It is rumoured that people were killed here many years ago, and the hospital has been closed down until now. It was previously a prison. Many prisoners died here. Since it was refurbished into a psychiatric hospital, the director committed suicide all of the sudden and some people went missing.

The double storey building was built in 1980. It was once served as a restaurant and was abandoned after numerous close Downs. Some tv programmes tried to do some shootings here, but spirits were said to be appearing to chase away them. Some said this was a cemetery during wartime. There was even a shaman couple who once stayed there but failed to chase away the scary ghosts. After they moved out, they said the ghost we're stuck to the walls and warned everybody there to be careful.

It was located in jecheon city of north chungcheong province. The restaurant was always full on it's opening days. However after the boss's daughter passed away, his wife and workers were killed in a accidents. The boss too died all of a sudden. The restaurant was then abandoned later, the restaurant was bought over. The new boss saw spirits loitering around the washroom and the sound of glasses being broken could be heard in the middle of the night. Within two years, the new boss sold the restaurant. Years later, a new highway was built and it passed by the restaurant. The section near the haunted restaurant is prone to car accidents.
