"Neat." Sounds complex, but not the weirdest thing you've ever heard. The figures turned to Jenna, as did you. They did the same to Jenna as they did to you, and it looked far less cool than it felt.
"The god of kindness, of truth and forgiveness, of home. The god of all people." These people sure had one hell of an imagination, you had to admit.
"We are Life and Death, beginning and end, darkness and light."
"Now go, this is your realm. Your new home. No more worries, no more stress."
"And no more maths class? Or finals."
Life and Death laughed. "No more maths class." And with that they left, in a sudden flash of light. You turned to Jenna, smiling. She smiled back and held out her hand. You grabbed it and the two of you ran off to explore your new home.
This was gonna be quite something.
