here is a series of poems (mostly bad) that i wrote for my book "years apart." this book is an "it" fanfiction (stenbrough) so if you like "it" you might like my book, too. not all of them will actually be in the book; some are just little ideas.
anyway, here are the poems.

• let our breathless whispers be •
• only ours, held close to these •
• vulnerable, bleeding hearts •
• enveloped in soft feeling •• your eyes find light in the stars •
• our hands brush and entwine •
• under an immaculate •
endless

two boys walk down this empty street
carrying solemn expressions
hand in hand
starlight blazing in their eyesthe moon's silver glow shifting over their somber pale features
pause
they grip each other tighteron the edge of something new
something soft, warm
something touched with bitter
something sprinkled with stars
something that will finally allow them
to be nothing other than
who they areuntil then, they walk along
this precarious edge
under a dim streetlight
hiding away in hours of night
hand in hand
starlight blazing in their eyesfour
until the world
