You- "Because, mom! I just don't have time to eat breakfast this morning. Let alone argue about it. Peter packed me a lunch anyway and I will grab a protein bar from May after picking up Pete."

Your mom- "Okay Honey. Goodbye! Love you."

You- "Love you too, bye!"

You started walking down the stairs to Aunt May's and Peter's  apartment. They lived a couple stories down and you and Peter would always walk to school together. You two had been best friends since 2nd grade, when he got beat up by some bullies after standing up to them for you. You had been going to the same schools together ever since. You and him have grown very close and you secretly started to accidentally form deeper feelings for him. You have been deciding whether to tell him or not.You really like him and you thought maybe he liked you too but he already has a lot going on right now, with being Spider-Man and everything. He told you about his alter-ego only a little while after he found out. He has only told you and Ned. Well, Ned found out because he was sitting on Peter's bed when Peter climbed through the window after fighting crime. Still, You and Ned were the only other ones to know besides Tony Stark. You didn't want to overwhelm him with your crush on him.

When you arrived at his and May's apartment, you knocked repeatedly to be annoying.

May- "Coming!"

When she opened the door, she smiled. She appeared to be busy, so you just hugged her and started walking straight to Peter's room.

May- "Honey? Pete said he packed you a lunch. Do you want me to put it in your backpack?"

You- "Yes please. Can you throw in a protein bar too?"

May- "Sure thing."

You opened the door revealing a cute little boy named Peter. He looked up at you and his eyes lit up. He closed his laptop and sat up on his bed.

Peter- "Y/N! You are here. I was just waiting for you. Let's go!"

You- "Okay."

You watched as he gathered his jacket and put on his tennis shoes. You two walked into the kitchen together and grabbed your lunches. You walked out the door after yelling "Bye Aunt May!"
While walking, Peter kept glancing over at you.

You-"You got something you wanna say, Pete?"

Peter- "Yeah. Are you okay? You look like you have something on YOUR mind."

You- "What do you mean?"

Peter- "The past few weeks you have been acting really strange towards me. Have I done something?"

You- "N-No, Peter you haven't done anything wrong. I just..Have something on my mind."

Peter-"Well..What is it? We tell each other everything."

You- "This is different...It doesn't matter. It really isn't important. You would just forget it in an hour anyway."

Peter- "I never forget anything you tell me, Y/N. What is it?"

You- "I..I like someone.."

Peter- "Oooh, who?"

You- "..You..."

Peter- "Oh, Good."

You- "W-Good?"

Peter- "Yeah, good. That means I can do this-"

Your hand was immediately grasped by Peter's and you body pulled into his. You stayed in his arms for a moment before he pulled away and moved his small, gentle hands elsewhere. They landed on your small cheeks as he held your face. He looked deeply into your eyes for any sign to stop but he found none. Your eyes were full of happiness and approval. He suddenly lost the majority of his small confidence and nervously pushed his lips against yours. Your lips fit together perfectly. When he pulled away, he seemed tense and automatically shy. You smiled and gave him another quick peck on the lips. You watched his body loosen up and he began to relax.

Peter- "You know what?"

You- "What?"

Peter- "I already know that I love you."

You- "I love you too, Spidey."
