Episode 6

(Haruka’s aspect)

“Haru-chan! Haru-chan wake up!” I heard Nagisa’s voice before I slowly opened my eyes. Nagisa was looking at  2 fearful eyes. “Haru-chan! Hurry and get up! Mako-chan, Rei-chan and Ryo-chan are in the ocean!” he continued as he pulled me out of the tent. “whats wrong? Where are they?” I asked. ‘I told you they’re in the ocean!” I looked at the sea and as soon as there was some thunder, I saw Makoto, Ryoma and Rei in the wild water. My eyes widened, “I need to save them!” I said as I pulled of my shirt and ran towards the water. “what are you saying? We need to inform the lifeguard!” Nagisa said. “then tell Miss.Amakata!” I told him, “then I’ll go.” “Haru-chan!” he called me, “I wont let you go on your own!” like that, we ran into the wild water

I swam through the wild and cold waves. Nagisa swam close to me and as soon as we arrived at the others, I noticed that Rei was about to drown, Makoto losing his strength for staying about the surface and Ryoma who was getting tangled my her own night dress and couldn’t keep herself above the surface. “Nagisa! Help Rei!” I said as I didn’t hesitated at all when I swam towards Makoto. “Makoto! Get yourself together!” I called him as I pulled him back above the surface. He looked at me after he coughed up some water, “H-haru!” he said, “whats happening?” he asked a bit weak. “no questions, help Nagisa with keeping Rei above the surface while Nagisa lead you two to the beach!” I told him before i helped him to make a start towards Nagisa. Then I turned around and took a deep breath before I went under the water. I swam towards Ryoma as I ripped off half of her dress till her middle. Like that it wouldn’t tangle her legs any more. I got back to the surface and helped her to the beach

After 10min or something like that, I finally reached the beach as I walked with Ryoma in my arms o. nto the soft sand. My breath was fast and heavy as I was panting heavily. I walked to a wall of a cliff and placed Ryoma onto the sand before I sat down next to her.

I looked at the wild water as I caught my breath. Then I turned around to Ryoma, “Ryoma! Ryoma!” I called her as I tried to wake her up by gently shaking her a bit. But she didn’t responded. I bit my lip and looked around, “is there anybody? Makoto?! Nagisa?! Rei?!” but no response. I looked back at Ryoma before I held my head close to her chest. “its still beating,” I said quiet to myself and I looked at her legs, “they’re not broken.” I gently placed my hand on her cheek and held my ear close to her mouth. ‘her breathing, its so weak.” [“be careful.” “wat for me, alright?”] I looked away, ive treated her horrible last days. [“I don’t need your help!” “hey, if you don’t want to ruin your manicured nails, you better leave!”] I looked back at her, “she can’t die.”

Slowly I placed two fingers under her chin as I closed her nose with my other hand. For a moment I bit my lip before I slowly brought my lips closer to her. Ive done this before, why was it so hard? I shook my head to stop thinking about it and brought my lips to hers, but when there was only a 1cm distance between our lips, she started coughing up some water. I let go of her as I got back right up, “Ryoma!” “Na.. nana..” she said still some weak. I nodded, “yeah, its me. How are you feeling? You’re alright?” I asked, ofcourse she wasn’t, she almost drowned again.

“where are we?” she asked still a bit weak as we were sitting against the wall of the cliff. “I think we’re on Sukishima,” I told her, “I can see the tents from here.” She looked around, “where are Mako-chan and Rei-chan?!” she shocked up as her eyes widened. “don’t worry, Nagisa is with them, im sure they’re fine,” I told her. she nodded with still shocked eyes as she held her legs close to each other and placed her hands on her arms. “you’re cold?” I asked her. “a-a little,” she answered. “im sorry, you where tangled in the skirt of your dress, I needed to rip it off,” I told her.
