Nothing major has happened to me, ok so I did go to the hospital at the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year but I was fine.
So last school year (17-18) I started off with back pain. Back pain was nothing new for me because I have had back pain since I was very young. I had been to a doctor about it, even a specialist but apparently there is nothing wrong with my back I just need to do exercises.
My back pain got better throughout the year but I had other problems.
My parents were out of town one weekend and I was at a friends house. I started getting stomach cramps, at first I thought it was my period but gradually it got worse and worse to the point where I didn't think I could take the pain. Luckily my friends mother was a doctor and she took me to the emergency room at the fun hour of 3am.
Found out a few hours later that it was nothing serious, also nothing treatable.
It was an ovarian cyst burst, its not life threatening, it just hurts a lot. It is when a cyst on your ovaries bursts and fluid is left in your abdomen and it hurst till your body absorbs the fluid. I was given basically a triple dose of ibuprofen, and yes I went back to school the next Monday. I had theater and would not miss theater, thank goodness the pain meds worked. After that I was ok for a while until after winter break when my knees were hurting me. Again like my back nothing new. My knees had always hurt me but it kept getting worse till finally at the end of the year I went to the doctor to get a pass for the elevator because I couldn't get up the stairs to may classes with my knee pain. Again apparently nothing wrong, just was given physical therapy exercises.
Well taking the elevator instead of 3 flight of stairs to get to every class helped so my knee pain for the most part went away.
Now for the thing I'm still struggling with: fatigue. No its not because of my period.
Yea, been dealing with this for basically a year and it keeps getting worse. I will have episodes where I will be so tired I cant do anything. I get dizzy, exhausted, and sometimes my heartbeat is a little fast (only a little).
I went to the doctor about this a couple days ago and I had some tests done.
An EKG bc my heartbeat was a lil fast, and I had blood drawn to be taken to a lab.Don't know what it is yet so I hope to find out soon.
This fatigue basically made the one day cold I got this year into a cold for an entire week because I was so tired and couldn't recover from the cold for 5 day after it was gone.
So I will see what it is soon hopefully.
Basically all these problems although small have been really annoying and very tiring, physically and emotionally.
Pray for me if you can💜
Sorry if your not religious, but I really do think prayer can help.An/ went to a second doctor about the fatigue.... she said it was probably that I needed vitamin D..... the first doctor specifically said it was not that.... but I'm all god not bc I take vitamin D tablets.
