He screamed as he repeatedly hit the punching bag. He stumbled towards it and hung onto it, his tears staining the brown leather. His knuckles had bruised and busted open, smearing everything with red. He fell to his knees, burying his face in his hands.

She flung book after book at her locked door. Slamming her back into the wall, she sobbed as she slid down it, fisting her comforter in her hands. Tilting her head up, she let out a heartbroken scream.

They were both left with one thought.
