MINA'S POV
at the bench in the park
"hey mina?"
"yes chaeng?" i asked her
"you know im really happy that i get to spend my whole day with you" chaeyoung said out of nowhere looking at the view of the park from the bench where we are sitting
"why would you said that aren't you sad that you're not with your mom and some of our friends?" i asked looking at her
"im happy to spend my day with my mom and our friends but im glad that i get to spend this day with you.only you" she said looking at me smilling
"come on lets eat im hungry" she said standing up from the bench
"but- okay besides im hungry too" i just agree on what she want
"i want some ramen and is that takoyaki i want some of those too i haven't eat that for years" she said hyperly
skipping and jumping she walks its like nothing happened earlier its like a sudden mood change of her
"hey wait up" i yell at her because shes too far away from me since shes skipping and im only walking like a penguin
"ugh why are we friends again i don't get the idea of a fast runner tiger like me to be friends with a slow walker penguin like you" she said groaning
"are you really that hungry chaeng" i asked when i catch up on her
"im mean...um..yeah duh. i haven't eat since breakfast" she said to me
"okay since its your birthday today its my treat"i said to her
"really! thanks mina!" she said and i suddenly feel a something touch my cheeks
"no prob-" wait did she just kiss me! she did.
"hey why did you do that earlier you told me to not hug you and now you kiss me?!" i asked her after realizing what she did
"what are you talking about?" she said
'woah now she's faking that nothing happened earlier and trying to act innocent after doing that' i thought to my self
"yah really did you just forgot what you did seconds ago!" i said yelling at her
"i didn't do anything minayah" she answered sweetly as she is ordering her foods
"yah! forget it!" i said getting pissed a little because of what she doing right now
"aish! trying to act normal after doing that. now im not gonna get a good sleep thinking about what happened today. aish!!" i tried whispering but i wanted her to hear it
" yah minari~ stop blabbering about that stupid kiss lets just eat." she said
'wait what did she just said? KISS?! so shes really faking it ha. i knew it' i said to my self
"hey you just said it!" i yell at her
"said what?" she asked again aish trying to act innocent aye.
"stop acting innocent chaeng" im getting frustrated to this girl
"okay.okay.so what if i kiss you its only a friendly kiss thats all i can do to repay you for this amazing day" she said taking her defeat
"you don't have to repay me this is what i want to happened chaeyoung. to spend my time with you.not only this day but my whole life" i said to her finally i have the courage to confess to her
we sit at the bench beside the takoyaki stall "mina" she tried to stop me
"no chae i want you to hear me first. i've never feel this happy in my life you're the only reason that i woke up early in the morning,you are my happy pill you're once a friend to me but i want to be more than that ,you are special to me ,i want to see you every time, i think i cant live without you, i like you. no i think i love you . i don't want you to answer me right now because maybe you'll just say yes because you think you are being forced i would wait for you're answer but please don't avoid me after this because i can't live without you" i said finally i let out all the feeling i've been keeping inside me i finally let out all the words i wànt to say to her it feels good to confess and let your heart speaks for you
"uh. i don't have any words to say about that mina but i promise that i won't avoid you" she said i feel sad and happy at the same time because i confess to her but im sad since she didn't have an answer yet but i will wait
"its okay chaeyoung i will wait for your answer wether i'll like it or not" i said trying to form a smile but i can't
"hey uhm.chaeng?"
"yes minari" she said taking a glance at me
" did you mean it?" i asked her
"what are you talking about?" she asked she was clueless
"what you said last night. in the text. did you mean it." i said " do you really like dahyun?"i added im trying to smile but i know she knew that that smile is fake
"uhm i-im not sure yet but i get this feeling that i feel whenever im with her its like something is in my stomach and my heart. its...its like going to pop out of my chest"sha said describing what she is feeling towards dahyun
"oh? okay " i just said those words i feek my tears are forming in my eyes. i just look down so that chaeng wont see my tears and i tried to wipe them secretly
"hey chaeng you know... you are sure about your feelings towards her but you just can't accept that its the truth" i said smilling fakely sge didn't even look at me she's looking down
"i don't know minari~ i just....don't know i want to think about it" she said
"good to know" i mumbled to my self
"what did you say?" she suddenly asked me
"uh no i didn't say anything!" i said i hope she believes that lie
"oh? i thought you said something probably just some kids talking loudly hahaha" she said
"yeah probably hehehe"i laugh awkwardly
"hey mina will you ride the ferris wheel for the last ride?" i asked her
"yeah sure"she answered
we walked and fall in line but the line is too long so we waited for our turn
"next" the operator said its our turn we entered the cart
we sitted across each other and wait untill we reach the top
