On our way to the Capital, I saw these big... "walls" around the districts.

"I see you're noticing 'the barriers.' Do you know what they're for?" Phi asked.

"No." I mumbled.

"Ah, then you must not have heard. You see, a while back, you have to have noticed, strange things stated occurring around the districts. People would be able to sets things on fire with their mind, kill people with their words; it was an absolute catastrophe," she said, her tail waving ferociously.

"Anyway," she continued, "Those barriers are used to prevent those powers. The ones in your districts, though, are still being put up. Something with a lack of materials.." She trailed off and left me alone. For that, I was glad.

After another hour on the helicopter, I finally started seeing the blinding lights of the Capital.

"And that's where you're going to die!" Vergo chirped.

Great, thank you for that encouragement, I growled in my head.

"Alright, brace yourselves, we're landing," Syno barked.

"Shut up, Syno, we're fine." Phi barked back.

"I was just sayin'.." He slumped into his chair and scowled from behind his pilot's seat.
