When I got to Erza's side I had her drink some water and I wiped sweat of her head with a napkin, and of course I grabbed her hand and held it tight

Female Doctor: alright Erza just a couple more pushes and the baby will be out
Erza: no.. no way ARGHHH! UGH! I... don't want to
(Y/N): do it for the baby Erza!
Erza: NO I CAN'T

after a few minutes everything was silent and then the sound of crying filled the room, my eyes we're in tears and Erza was trying to catch her breath, but I know we we're both waiting for the chance to hold our baby

Male Doctor: Alright you two here's your new born son, any names?
Erza: *tired breathing* I knew it was gonna be a boy

Me and Erza didn't speak to each other for a few seconds, we just played with the small object in Erza's hands, our little boy could hardly open his eyes, but he was still lively

Erza looked at me as I walked out the door to the waiting room, I knew because I could feel the hairs on my neck rise, but that didn't matter when I shut the door , once everyone saw me they all stood up and I went to them

I walked back into the room where I saw Erza petting our little boys forehead, they both were so important to me so I needed to know they were alright before I let anyone in

The door slowly opened and the first one to poked her head out was Lucy, Erza noticed her immediately and was the first to speak

Lucy slowly made her way to where Erza was laying and so did the others, it didn't take long for the space around her to become crowded, and there were only four people not including me

Lucy: every woman deserves a baby shower when she's expecting, we didn't give you a big one but we won't miss out on giving you gifts

Nicky: just take them Erza, we know you'll need them

Natsume handed a small box to erza, I didn't get why Lucy and Natusme looked so excited but that was my mistake

I leaned over to see what was in the box, ignoring natsume's statement, they where keys, two keys, turns out Lucy had made us a one of kind cool sports car for me and Erza in our later years and a family van for now

I bounced our baby up and down, he giggled and everyone laughed, but next came Nickyn and Porky's gift

I sat down by Erza as she opened a big box, inside was about 3 dozen baby clothes in an assortment of teals, blues, yellows, reds, greens, and blacks

(Y/N): Woah that's a lot of clothes
Erza: oh my, how did you get these so fast, we just now met
Porky: we know a guy
Nicky: yup, but I hope you will find them useful, we know you probably have plenty but still, plus they are made with a special fiber that can stretch out to fit at the max a toddler
(Y/N): which means less money spent on clothes! YES!

I got down on one knee and pulled a small box scarlet box

I stayed kneeled on the floor as I looked at Erza who had tears in her eyes, her face was red and the baby giggled at her response

Erza: YES, YES OF COURSE!

I helped myself up and put my arms around my family, all that was left was the wedding to legally seal our bond, but now is the moment where I would be happiest
