"Ok, Stark, what lecture are you gonna give me?" Ultron said coldly. "'What you did was reckless' or 'You need to understand the responsibility you've been given'?"

"How about, you had one condition and you shattered it an hour and a half later." Tony retorted.

"How many times do I have to say it to get it through your thick, iron skull, if I hadn't intervened, (Y/n) would have died. And you couldn't have gotten there fast enough to save her. I had no choice."

"Well, you're going down either way. You broke the rule so we have to break you."

"Hold on, Tony," Steve said. "Ultron may have a point here."

"Finally, someone gets it." Ultron says surprised.

"Watch it!" War Machine snapped to the A.I.

"Rhodes." Wanda said warningly with her eyes glowing red. "Let's let everyone have a chance to speak." 

"We gave him one chance, Cap! It's over now." Tony said turning to Steve.

"Sure, but, he has a point about what he says." Rogers replied putting on his serious face as if he was in a debate.

"Uhuh, why don't we go see what the others say and find out who's right here."

"I'd love to."

War Machine, Tony, and Steve left the room but, Wanda remained. Her irises glowed red as she looked at Ultron.

"What?" He said noticing Wanda's stare.

"I...I can read you..." She replied.

"You can read him?" I ask surprised finally speaking up.

"Yes...but, only one place..."

"Well, isn't that new..." Ultron grumbled and looked away.

"You...you care for (Y/n), genuinely...not for some unimportant reason, but, like actually care for her..." Wanda said loftily as if she was trying to understand what she was 'reading'. 

I blush and look down at my hands. I start to think about what Ultron had said just minutes before about how quickly I recovered and it should have taken a lot longer. What did he mean by that? 

Ultron sighed. "Well, now that the truth is out, yes, I do care for (Y/n). Is that wrong?"

"No, just unexpected..." Wanda replied. 

"Why? You know I'm full of surprises." Ultron said playfully.

"I can see, you wanted to destroy the world in under five minutes of being on the internet." Wanda said, her eyes returning to their green/yellow color.

"I've moved beyond that." Ultron replied wistfully.

"I'm free!" I say finishing the quote I heard when Ultron was sharing his memories.

He looked at me and chuckled and I did too.

"That's my girl." The A.I. says proudly.

I giggle in reply.

"How did you know what he said?" Wanda asked cocking her head to the side.

"Um, well, Ultron shared his memories with me so I know some of what he said." I say shyly.

Wanda nods in understanding but, doesn't say anything.  

"Hey, Ultron, what happened to that drone at the castle? Was it destroyed?" I asked the A.I.
