After changing I settled in only to run into a problem. I started to feel my body heat up. What the hell? I went to the window and saw it. Shit.

The door busted open and I collapsed onto the floor and my bones adjusted and my body started to change. As I went through a transformation, dad yelled to Martin, "get me my tranquilizer gun!"

I let out a growl as my head snapped around and my eyes changed from blue to yellow. I was changing into a wolf because of the moon. As I was mid transformation, Martin brought the gun, handing it to dad. He aimed and shot me in the ass.

I howled as I felt my body become heavy and collapsed onto the floor. They picked me up and dragged me downstairs, locking me up.

You're probably wondering why I changed and not Martin or my father. As an alpha and unmated, I have no control over my transformation. It's a gravitational pull and it happens that quickly.

As for my father and Martin, they still change but have learned how to control it immensely. I was still working on it. Puberty brings out our changes. We become wolves the minute puberty happens. By sixteen or seventeen we find our mate. Even if we are drawn earlier to them, mating doesn't officially happen until that age and they have to be in heat.

A connection has to be made.

I would be locked up the next few days until the full moon ended. This also meant a lot of tranquilizer darts. I hated it. Dad would make an excuse I had allergies or some shit like that.

These were going to be a long few days without my mate.

I got up and got ready for school. I caught a ride with Alex and Kira because Erik didn't respond to my calls. That boy was way confusing.

"I thought you would be catching a ride with loverboy," Alex asked me.

"I don't think he likes me like that," I sighed. "I called him to see if maybe we were riding together but he didn't answer."  I placed my head on my fist in the backseat.

"Maybe he's busy," Kira shrugged.

"Maybe," I said with furrowed brows. 

We arrived at school and I went to my locker. Except I got to deal with Victoria. This wasn't good.  The next thing I know, her and her minions dragged me into the girl's locker room and jumped me.

Victoria jumped on me and started hitting me as I tried to defend myself. Then I felt her fist connect with my face, causing anger to build. With each punch came more anger until I saw fire blazing.

My eyes changed color and a growled formed deep in my throat.

"What the hell," Victoria said as she got off of me. Then I got onto my hands and knees with my head snapping back as my eyes blazed.

"Lets get the hell out of here," one girl yelled as the three of them bolted out of the locker room.   I didn't know what was happening but I felt my bones crack.

I awoke and started to change. Something was forcing me to change into my wolf form.  As soon as I changed, I broke free of my chains. I rammed the door, loosening the hinges.

My dad and Martin came down and tried to subdue me as I kept ramming. Madison and April followed suit as dad unleashed tranquilizer after tranquilizer on me.

"What's going on," April yelled.

"Something is causing your brother to fight!  He can't get loose," he ordered them.
