"Is this insects enough?"Knuckles showed his phone with a picture on it to Sonic

Sonic nodded in response

"Did you made an explanation?"

"That'll be done later"Knuckles answered

"We will have a short quiz on Science on Tuesday"Tails reminded them

"Oh,psh. I totally forgot about that"Knuckles merely grunted

"Yeah,me too"Sonic admitted

"So yesterday Sonic,sorry we left you. Mom called me and told me to go home.
"Tails apologized

"That's fine. Really"Sonic chuckled

"Are you fine?You were left with the those two yesterday"Knuckles asked

"I..uhh"Sonic's cheek turned slightly red

He remembered the encounter he had with Shadow. Thanking him...walking him home. Yes,for Sonic,that became a big deal. Sonic know Shadow despise him. But yesterday,that Shadow The Hedgehog just thanked him and walked him home

"I'm fine. We're fine. Nothing happened"Sonic lied

"Okay"Knuckles nodded

But his face is in disbelief. Still looking at Sonic,seeing if he was telling the truth

"Hey,Amy just texted me,"Tails said looking at his phone

"She said if we all could...hang out"Tails said

"Oh shit. We forgot to tell her about that insect project"Knuckles rolled his eyes

Obviously,he know Amy would whine about it

"Should we tell her where we are?"Tails asked

"Yeah"Sonic nodded

Tails just nodded before typing his message

"She's coming over"Tails said

Currently,they are in Sonic's house. In Sonic's room. Since it's Sunday,they want to have a bit of a rest and a fun first before digging into the projects

Silence filled the room. It was awkward for Sonic. They heard a knock downstairs

"Amy"They all said in unison

Sonic quickly ran downstairs to open the door. His parents went on work

"Hey"Sonic greeted

"Oh,you brought Jada with you?"Sonic asked

"Yeah"Amy smiled

"She was my neighbor"Amy said

"When I notice how familiar her name was when you told me her,and when I saw her,it hit me"Amy laughed

Honestly, Amy was jealous when Sonic told her about Jada. Complimented her. But when she met Jada and became friends with her,she felt guilty for being jealous. Jada is a nice friend. They only met yesterday,and Jada treats Amy like she's a very close friend

"Uhh...did you know is about the project?On the insect thingy. We collected insects yesterday. Sorry we forgot to remind you"

"It's fine. Me and Jada already collected insects yesterday too"Amy chuckled

"Oh,okay. Come on in"Sonic said

"Where are those two?"Amy asked

"Knuckles and Tails?Up on my room"Sonic said

"You're alone here. Where are your parents?"Jada asked noticing the silence inside

"They had gone on their work. They'll be back in the evening"said Sonic

"How about...we play games?"Jada suggested excitedly

"Oh yeah!"Amy giggled at the idea

Sonic chuckled

"Okay then"He smiled
