Beyoncé

So I know I said my days off were going to consist of me being in bed all day. Yea, that's not going as planned.

Everything was fine until I opened my refrigerator and it was empty as can be. I decided to go to the grocery store to do very little grocery shopping.

Julius is at home with family so I'm attempting to do this alone. He really needs a break so I'm not calling him just so he can assist me to the grocery store.

I got dressed in an outfit for today. A simple turquoise two piece and a black leather jacket. It's a little chilly today. I did very little makeup and I left my hair in its morning curls.

As soon as I got in my car, my phone rung. It was a FaceTime call. I answered it. Of course my face wasn't in the camera.

"Hello?" I asked.

"May I speak with Ms. Beyoncé please?"

Royalty?

"Royalty? Hey sweetheart. What's going on?" I asked as I brought my face to the cam.

She smiled, "Nothing! I just wanted to hangout with you."

I chuckled, "Sweetie where's Chris? How'd you get my number?"

"Daddy is at the studio while I'm here with my bodyguard. He's asleep right now. And dad had your  number written on a paper in his room." She explained.

How'd he get my number? Why does he even have it. Hm, I'll save those questions for him.

"Royalty I don't think your dad would want you to come with me. Especially since he doesn't know." I looked in her eyes and I could see the tears forming.

"Please Ms. Beyoncé? Please?" She made the saddest face.

"Ok ok. Don't cry baby. I'm on my way. Where do you stay?" I asked.

Royalty gave me their address. For a 4 year old she knows a lot. Being a celebrity's child you do grow up faster than most.

I made my way to Chris's house. I knocked and Royalty opened the door. She didn't even let me step inside she just walked out ready to go.

"Did you let your bodyguard know you were gone?" I asked before grabbing her hand.

"Yes ma'am. I wrote him a note in green marker." She smiled. She's so adorable.

I chuckled.

I helped her in the backseat of my car and buckled her up. When I got in we were off to Walmart.

In the car Royalty song along to Ariana Grande and many different artists.

"I like other people too, but Ariana is my favorite!" She exclaimed.

"Really? Has your dad took you to a concert yet?" I asked.

"Not yet. Daddy is always so busy." She said lowly.

I looked in my rear view mirror and she looked a little down. I turned the music up and began singing which led to her eventually joining in.

We pulled into Walmart's parking lot and she immediately got happy.

"Wally world!!" She exclaimed.

I laughed as I helped her out of the car. She held my hand as we walked in. I got a buggy and put her in it for safety purposes.

"You look pretty today." I told her.

She smiled, "Thank you. Daddy dressed me."

She had on a pink, grey, and white puffy floral dress with white converse. Her hair was in a side ponytail with a white bow. She looked as if she was going to an awards show.

I smiled, "Your dad has a little eye for fashion." That statement made her laugh.

Royalty was being a big help. She held me pick out my groceries and she told me what tasted good and what she hated, that made me laugh. She even spotted when people were following us and taking pictures. I'd turn around and smile before continuing.

I was done with my light grocery shopping so I made my way to the toy area. A treat for Royalty for being so good.

She smiled once she noticed where we were at. I helped her out of the cart and I let her browse thru the toys. This is actually my first time in a toy section.

Royalty found one and placed it in the cart. I told her she could get another one if she wanted to so she found another one.

"Ok sweetheart let's go check out." I grabbed her hand as we walked to the checkout counter. We checked out and Royalty helped the cashier bag our items. I chuckled.

Royalty helped me push the cart to my car. Once we got there I buckled her in before putting my groceries inside.

Before taking Ro home we stopped for some ice cream. She got vanilla with sprinkles. I just got chocolate.

I pulled up outside of Chris house and helped Ro out. I got her bag of toys and we held hands as we walked to the front door. Before I could knock the door opened revealing Chris.

"Daddy!" She jumped in his arms.

"Ro. What did I tell you about leaving the house unattended." Royalty looked down.

"I was just with Ms. Beyoncé.... I didn't think you'd care."

"I don't. I trust Ms. Beyoncé, but you still should've let me know." Chris said.

"I wrote my bodyguard a letter." She said.

"Me." Chris said again.

I spoke up, "It's not all her fault. I should've told her to tell you. I just took her out for a day of fun. She was no trouble at all." I smiled and rubbed Ro's hair. She smiled back.

"No, honestly it's fine Bey. I trust you. I'm just teaching her to tell me things. You know, her safety means a lot to me." He explained.

I nodded my head in total agreement.

"As it should." I said. "Well.. here you go Ro." I handed her, her toys.

She smiled, "Thank you."

Chris let her down and she went running in the house.

"Thank you so much Bey." He said.

"No problem." I said.

I turned to leave but quickly turned back around thinking about Ro being left alone with her male bodyguard.

"If you ever need someone to watch her, or even if she just want some girl company. I'm here. No matter what I'm doing or what I have going on." I smiled. "I'll make time.." I began to walk to my car. "Shoot me a text or just call me. You have my number." I chuckled and closed my door. Chris face was priceless.
